幾年前就關注雲智慧了，因為疫情等各種原因未能出行。這次終於來到這裏了，很舒服的店家，前台小姐姐很熱情地向我們介紹店內設施、周邊環境等等，有兩個小池子可以自己泡，水温很合適，在寒冷的冬夜裡泡温泉，實在是太愜意了。走的時候小姐姐還送我們當地特產貓耳朵，小朋友開心極了！

房間設施新穎，裝修很用心、精緻，人性化管理，老闆娘非常nice,看到我們帶了小朋友，立刻多備了床品和洗漱用具，至於温泉，沒得説的，乾淨舒適，就是私湯的感覺，餐廳環境很棒，還有植物小景觀，早餐有特色油茶，南瓜餅味道很好，感覺一切都物超所值～

酒店的各項服務設施適合休閑度假，出酒店客房走幾步就是温泉泡池，特別適合長者和孩子。雖然泡池不大，但也不會擁擠，水質清澈。本土特色餐食出品不錯。總體來説推薦入住。建議更新客房設施，使之更有性價比。

再次來雲智慧，像回家一樣。店主熱情迎接，幫拿行李，酒店環境很好，衞生和服務都很好，早餐豐富又養生。温泉獨立設定，水質乾淨。閑暇時候到四樓看看書、寫寫字，心情放鬆！因為是老顧客，店主幫升級了客房，非常感謝！

酒店的環境非常宜人，充滿了寧靜與舒適。周圍的風景優美，使得泡温泉成為一種真正的享受。房間設計精緻，清潔度一流，讓人感到賓至如歸。
温泉體驗：4/5
唯一稍顯不足的是温泉水的温度。温泉區的環境很棒，設施齊全，但是水温似乎沒有達到我期望的熱度。雖然温泉水温暖舒適，但對於喜歡水温略高的客人來説，可能會感到略顯不夠。

房間是地暖，很暖和，泡完温泉很舒服，酒店的餐飲非常好，強烈建議鴨子的套餐和雲蒸鳳雞，在龍勝森林公園裡，有自己的温泉可以泡，很乾凈，希望有機會再來

有空房老闆娘就給我們升級了房間 房間很大 很乾凈 温泉温度適宜 艾草薰足很助眠 建議睡前 樓下餐廳的養生套餐太好吃了！鳳雞很嫩 套餐裏的青菜很甜 酸豆角炒雞雜很下飯 酒店自釀的百香果酒也很好喝 強推！要不是擔心託運會撒 還想買回去喝🥳
設施：浴室有智能馬桶 草本洗護用品也很不錯 還配有洗衣液
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：一樓餐廳 頂樓有禪室 圖書館 按摩椅 大陽台可以休息放鬆
服務：工作人員服務態度都很好 很親切

獨立的温泉，乾淨衞生，不限次數，孩子玩的不亦樂乎。
房間設施較老舊，需要進一步升級，不然對不起這麼高房價。

民宿環境優美，有家的感覺，温泉很乾凈，艾草醺腳很解乏，房間還備有薰香，飯菜有機美味，吃了不夠還買了好多民宿自家做的食材，老闆娘熱情用心，推薦的布尼梯田太美啦，下次來龍勝一定還住這家。
