別墅周邊環境好極最愛，設施配套齊全，床鋪舒服，住的好舒適。唯一有點遺憾的是部分傢俱有些點舊。附近吃的私房菜很多味道也是一級棒。也去過南崑山那幾家特別貴的酒店看過，總體來説性價比很高。有問題找管家，每次都能及時處理，住兩晚很滿意。

房間很新很乾凈整潔。和給的圖完全一致，即使是國慶節性價比也很好，工具齊全，火鍋燒烤都沒問題，KTV歌曲很新，麻將桌球大家玩的很盡興。入住方便，服務很及時。温泉泡的很舒服。一切都美美的。

抓住暑假的尾巴來到南崑山遊玩，平台預訂的四房別墅，管家還非常貼心的免費升級了，一踏進大門，非常驚喜！別墅很新，配套完善，自帶獨立的卡拉OK房，音響設備專業，別墅還有一個很大的温泉泡池，飯後一家人圍坐在花園喝茶泡温泉，非常愜意，期待下一次的旅程！

感覺不像啊是24年新裝修的，衞生很差，小蟲子大蟲子都有，小蟲子爬在牆壁和枕頭上打死就好了，但那個大蟑螂我見到了又打不到，壓根不知道咋睡。房間的陽台門沒安裝好留了一條縫無法關緊，可能是從那裡爬進來的吧。然後空調機的聲音大得像下雨一樣，第一次見，管家説是我沒關排氣扇的原因，我記得我關了呀，而且我不明白排氣扇的噪音為什麼在空調裏發出。設施一般般，麻將機是壞的，修了之後還是需要不停自己手動去換牌。管家服務還行，入住前我表達過想升房型，他加收不是特別多就給我們升級了。微信上反映問題也會有迴應。不過我覺得這些衞生問題吧主要是管理不善，應該不算服務問題了。管家説我們遇到蟲子問題應該第一時間找他們來處理就好了，那時候都半夜了，玩了一天都累了，換個床睡就算了，哪還有心思去等他們來殺蟲？而且殺蟲了又不是第一時間能馬上繼續睡。
