Our family of 6 including 4 college age kids had the privilege of staying in the 3 bedroom Park Lane suite. We were treated with amazing personalized service by the concierge staff , housekeeping and spa staff. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the concierge staff and Bjorn Rydder. What a welcome we had with champagne and personalized tour and Bjorn had such friendly personality and helped us immensely. The rooms are amazing - large and modern with windows and great technology and a spectacular view of Hyde park and kept immaculate every day by a very thorough housekeeping staff. . The spa is beautiful and although I did not get a chance to use it, Mary warmly welcomed my husband every day as he enjoyed the sauna. She made sure he was comfortable and enjoyed his experience. The vibe is so relaxing and serene and he would often go twice a day. The concierge team is top notch including Gisella,Serena, and Elisa who made sure every need my family had was addressed. This hotel has a 5 star concierge team. And lastly the food was delicious. We had breakfast daily and Raffaele our host made sure to spend time talking and joking with us and that we had everything we needed. He is truly a blessing and what a great way to start the day. 45 Park Lane is truly a magnificent hotel. All of the staff remember every guest of the hotel and treat people with such warmth and care. My college kids loved the hotel and location. We usually stay at the Corinthia when we come to London but now we will only be staying at 45 Park Lane. A 5 star hotel with such an amazing and caring staff with modern and luxurious rooms and spa and in an unbelievable location. Don’t stay anywhere else !! A gem that you will truly appreciate.

Is the apartment, washing machine dishwasher microwave oven, home appliances are all, very quiet, in the rich area, neighbors around there look rich! It is 5 minutes away from Commercial Street, Hyde Park and supermarket. Walk to Bond Street, New Bond Street. The one-bedroom, one-living room is quite large, and the living room is very comfortable and can be used for cooking.

The hotel is located at the beginning of Oxford Street, a 28-storey building that was once a landmark of Hyde Park. View of Buckingham Palace on one side, Hyde Park on the other, London Eye and The Shard on the other Opposite the hotel is Hyde Park, it is very convenient to get up early and run in the morning The hotel service is very, very good. Whether it is the beautiful sister at the front desk or the restaurant on the 28th floor, I gave my 8-year-old daughter several toys and commemorative chocolates. When checking out, the foreigner took the initiative to say ”good morning” to me in Chinese, and also There is a Chinese employee with a very friendly attitude. If you don't have to live in a classic British traditional hotel, this is a very good choice!

Amazing experience What really seperated this hotel from others I have stayed at is the staff and level of attention they provided. Their concierge are on point! I highly recommend this property and if you do decide to stay make sure you connect with Mark the concierge as he treats every guest as an ultra VIP
The Dilly

The Dilly was probably amazing in the 1980's and 1990's but not much has been updated since then! We stayed in a Dilly Classic room which was perfectly fine, a good size, clean with strong Wifi. The shower was powerful and there was plenty of hot water. I know some people on this site weren't impressed by the breakfast but I thought it was great. Obviously, the location is fabulous. However, I didn't feel the room was up to five-star standard. The coffee was instant and the milk small UHT cartons. There was no fridge or mini-bar (though we were in the 'cheapest' room so may be different elsewhere). The toiletries were cheap and basic (so bring your own), there was no plug by the bed to charge devices overnight and no Blu-tooth speaker which seems to be a given now in higher-end hotels. The style of the room itself was quite dated including the landline next to the toilet which I'm sure was incredibly cool in 1986 :) Overall, if this was a three-or-four-star hotel I'd give it full marks, but as it's a five-star, (and more importantly charging five-star prices), it's lacking in some areas. I believe the hotel is currently 'between owners' which makes sense, as I guess the current owners don't want to invest and are ticking along until the new ones take over. It's not dreadful by any means, but they charge a lot for what you get.

I usually stayed at the Lanesborough when I goto London, a classical 5 star hotel with butler service that always guarantee me an outstanding stay. This time, I had a one night transit in London and decided to make use othis opportunity to try out out a new hotel that is also within Park Lane / Hyde Park area, the recently renovated Dorchester London. Several months ago while staying at the Lanesborough, I dropped by this place to have a drink and was wowed by the beautiful décor so I made a mental note to try. Just happened I had a one night transit in London so I decided to try. The Dorchester Collection is a group of luxury hotels that are located in some of the most prestigious cities. In London, they actually have two, the 45 Park Lane which I had tried before many years ago and the Dorchester London. Arrival Thankfully, my flight was right on time from Hamburg and I booked a hotel limo. Upon arrival, I was soon whisked away in an excellent and brand new Mercedes S Class. I arrived about an hour later in rainy weather and the bellhop was on hand with an unmbrella. Check-in was expected smooth as they have been expecting me. My booking was directly on the website with breakfast as the only benefit. I only booked a standard deluxe room. Their Guest Manager Mrs Katarina welcomed me to the hotel and I took this opportunity to request for a late check-out as my flight the following day is 10pm at night. I was expecting maybe they will give me one or two hours late checkout as I am only a first time guest and was very pleasantly surprised to be granted a late check-out until 6pm the following day. Perhaps me being a Lanesborough regular guest might have made them put in the extra effort to extend me a late checkout. Room Mrs Katrarina personally showed me to my room, a renovated Deluxe room. Along the way, I noticed the entire hotel has been renovated, including the hallways and corridors. They managed to do this in stages without closing down or disturbing the guests which was quite a feat. Upon entering the room, there is a short foyer flanged by a very complete minibar housed in a gold tone cabinet. It’s slightly smaller than my usual junior suite but the room was sumptuously and gorgeously decorated. It simply screams luxury. There is a superbly comfortable King Size Bed, a small sofa sitting area, a work desk and a very large state of the art Bang & Olufsen TV. Very Very nice indeed. There is a window which looks to the backyard, no view. A minus but not that important to me as I am only here for one night. The only area of this room I was not impressed with is the bathroom, not because it’s not as beautifully finished but it lacks the separate walk-in shower that I am so used to. The rainforest shower was directly above the bath tub and it’s quite a hassle to climb into the tub as it’s a very deep tub ( the hotel left a leaflet to proudly proclaim it’s the deepest tub in London ). The tower racks are heated and there’s dual sin
