The lodging was about 5min walk from Earl's Court station which was convenient to access many of the main attractions. There were many food options around too. The room was spacious and clean but Wifi connection was unstable in the room. Towel, shampoo and shower gel had to be self-supplied. The lodging provided daily breakfast for free which was a huge bonus. It also had limited free dinner but I didn't get to try. Check-in and check-out were easy and the staff were friendly.

The room that I had book was not similar to the picture they shared. It was underground and the smell of paining was annoying. I asked them to change my room and fortunately they gave me another room on the ground floor.

Loved the staff. The location was lovely too and you can easuly get food within a few min walk away from you. However, there were no tea bags, hardly a sugar and you have to pay for the wifi🤦🏻♀️

The hotel is very beautiful and the service is very good! When I went through the formalities, the waiter helped me take my luggage and accompanied me upstairs and asked me if the room was OK. The coat I bought was delivered to the hotel and the waiter would also deliver it to the room. The hotel is very close to the London Bridge. It is very comfortable to walk by the river in the evening! The room is very spacious and comfortable! Will stay again next time!

Good location just next to the underground station. If you need to take the early flight in Heathrow, it’s good to stay here. Price is okay, room is clean, staff are friendly as usual.

Family room with a double bed and a bunk bed; small and compact but reasonably clean and comfortable. Transparent shower door with no where to hang clothings, towel etc; poor privacy and inconvenience when staying with teenagers. Toilet is small and again door cannot be locked. No slippers, waste bin and no kettle provided, but free tea, coffee, hot chocolate and hot water available during breakfast time from 6.3am to 10.30am. Excellent location with easy access to supermarket and bus stop. An underground station is not too far away for transport to the airport and the city.
