O apartamento é bem localizado, é espaçoso e tem um tamanho ideal para quem viaja em família de 4 pessoas. Entretanto, as fotos dão a entender que o apartamento seria melhor do que realmente é. Isso me causou uma decepção na minha chegada. Mas no geral eu recomendo.

It’s massively over priced for the condition of the apar**ent, but I found some of the irritations less serious than other reviewers. Cons: it’s draughty and a little damp. The shower cubicle was as tiny as the lift, so no chance of you’re over 100kg. The WiFi is pretty poor. The bed felt tiny - had to sleep diagonally to stretch my legs. Pros: location is great. The kitchen met my needs.

Horrible! Don’t stay here. The photos are not a true reflection of the apar**ent. It is shabby and the opposite of luxury. These people are knowingly falsely advertising. Do not fall for their scam! There are several other properties run by the same group in London so be warned.

Family of 5 stay in 2 bedroom apar**ent. Plenty of room and very comfortable with all facilities working. Washer/dryer very useful. Location excellent and very safe. 10 min walk to Green Park station. Highly recommend. Only negatives: Heat always on which meant apar**ent was overly warm and uncomfortable at times. Shower in ensuite did not work.

So basic. Any first time diy-er could do a better job of “appointing” these apar**ents. Incredibly basic - I d seen much better undergraduate student accommodation. Weird smell throughout building. Bedding felt damp, “air conditioning ” supplied by portable machines with no sealed exit for evacuation pipe…pointless. Wi-Fi too crappy to actually show any tv for more than a minute at a time, obvious door code access and no ability to internally additionally lock once inside does not make this feel safe. Hugely oversold and overpriced. Location is fantastic but I would have been better off booking a hotel. What I thought would offer better “amenities” and space for my 11 night stay just were not worth it, Go to a hotel instead,

Tastefully and stylishly modern furnished apar**ent situated in arguably the best part of Central London. My one bedroom, lounge , seperate fully stocked kitchen provided more than sufficiently as a home away from home. Check in was seamless as I was met outside the building and given a quick tour and keys. The area offers an abundance of restaurants and bars from classy five star to welcoming pubs. A very short walk to London’s main attractions and high end shopping of New and Old Bond street. The apar**ent was impeccably clean, the bed super comfortable and a lovely lounge and small balcony/ patio to enjoy my morning coffee. This is a very highly recommended apar**ent, perfect for both business and holiday purposes.

We were given a completely different apar**ent. Photos posted by them are scam!! the water heater and dishwasher doesn't work. customer service never replies or responds to any of the query. we paid for a 4 bhk consisting of 2.5 bathrooms and got an apar**ent having only 2 bathrooms. they do not respond to emails. Dont fall for this trap!! absolute frauds!!

On the way to the apar**ent we were contacted by the management team and told our apar**ent had a leak so they were going to put us in an alternate apar**ent. The alternate apar**ent was not even listed on the parkl lane website. It was # 37

We stayed in the park lane apar**ents for 4 days in the first week in august, positives are that the staff were super nice and the location is good and very safe. Some nice places around for breakfast etc. The negatives unfortunately outweigh the positives, the apar**ents do no live up to the pictures, it’s old and dated with too many issues to go into. Showers flooding, leaking bath, kitchen very sub standard. Everything is just dated and tired which is unfortunate as a bit of money spent here would turn it into a very good building. It’s extremely overpriced for what it is and is a low budget at best place to stay if your visiting London. Disappointed and would never book or recommend again. Also disappointing that this ranked so high on TripAdvisor and Bookings.com as it really damages their credibility with properties like this ranked so highly. Really need to look at this
