Philbeach Gardens Rooms

Um pouco de um pesadelo, apareceu no local do hotel e recebeu minha chave para uma casa a 5 minutos da estrada, chegou e o quarto estava limpo, no entanto, havia inúmeras manchas no teto, que eu não notaria normalmente, mas os tetos são muito baixos. Saímos para jantar e chegamos de volta, às 1h30 o alarme de incêndio em todo o prédio disparou por cerca de 30 minutos, tentamos ligar para o número de emergência fornecido que foi direto para o correio de voz. Novamente às 8:30, o alarme de incêndio soou, não foi uma grande experiência e o banheiro era muito pequeno.

O quarto era extremamente pequeno e me deram um quarto no porão. Estava muito quente. Eu definitivamente não voltarei.

Eu amo esse lugar! Tão limpo e confortável, a pequena cozinha é tão útil e a localização é muito boa para facilitar o acesso ao metrô e aos ônibus! Fiquei aqui duas vezes porque adoro e pelo preço você não pode reclamar. A equipe é adorável e sempre feliz em ajudar. No geral, um ótimo lugar para ficar quando estiver em Londres!

Nice modern quiet room and very helpful staff. Check in process really smooth and accommodating. Little kitchen area in room is really useful.

The staff are very helpful and the breakfast was nice. However, there could be some improvements in the housekeeping area, they forgot to put towels and hairdryer in the room, had to go down to the reception to get them.

Checked in for a 2 night stay. Room was ok at first, I then realised there were no towels. Went to reception to be told there are no towels as they have not had the delivery that morning. I could have one hand towel for 2 full size adults. After spending half an hour searching the empty rooms I was given one larger towel and promised towels would arrive the next day. Off I went to work the next morning to return to no more towels. One towel between 2 people for the 2 night stay. The room was cold at night, one radiator trapped behind the bed giving off hardly any heat. I turned the thermostat on the wall up to the maximum of 30 and the room remained cold for the 3 days i was there. There was hair in the shower, on the walls and on the floor that was not mine or my partners. No toiletries provided, when I asked at reception he pulled out a box of what appeared to be left over toiletries. All miss match and some used. The walls in this hotel are so thing you can hear the conversation word for word of the people next door and even opposite. Generally a horrible smell in the lift and corridors. The bed was rock hard and only had 2 flat pillows for 2 people. Didn’t even attempt breakfast in the mornings as everything else had put me off.

Worst hotel stay of my life! Please avoid as it is not worth the price at all. Hardly a Hotel and feels more like a student accom or hostel. Small rooms but there’s more. We got there and were asked to walk to a different building 5 mins away with all our luggage. Was not even a heat wave but the room was absolutely boiling hot with not fan. Then was asked by the receptionist if I could go down and unlock the main door as someone had locked it from the inside. Please do avoid this hotel, never even a 3 start let alone 4…

It was good but I think the bed sheets can be more cleaner
