Everything too do with the room was perfect, my only discretion was I turned up too the property and there was a code needed too enter, I hadn't been told previous and wasn't instructed what I needed too do too luckily there wasn't a couple who was going in who told me what I needed too do too get access too my room. So overall good but should have been told this information prior.

Check in的地方在109號，是一個別墅區,擁有很多棟。周邊的環境不錯，寧靜。吃飯的，超市都有。 房間很大，適合一家人來。自己做飯，洗衣服。鍋碗瓢盆，洗衣機都有非常便捷 最重要的是入住的服務生的非常的好人。行李很重都幫我提行李 周邊是倫敦西區 也算是比較有錢人住的 非常安全 房間裏面的東西有些舊了 但不影響。還算乾淨 自帶洗漱用品最好

The room was very clean environment but the customer services were bad. We booked from 24 to 30 Dec 23. Can you imagine being locked out of your unit after the first day stay in a freezing cold winter . Fortunately l was able to get desk help in afternoon but the last night day was dramatic. Second twice lock out of unit . Went to the reception closed. Called many times to the emergency numbers but no reply . The people tried calling still no reply. What is the point of having the emergency numbers???? No he provided. Totally disappointed and stressful experience. Will no recommend my friends to stay

I have been here before so was aware that it is easy to pick up the codes to the rooms by going to the reception just a few steps up the road. Had a different room which was just as good, clean, comfortable and with everything I need. Love the area and only about 5-8 minutes from Hammersmith tube station. Great place!

Very close to amenities. A 5 minute walk to Hammersmith tube station. Clean and well equipped. Easy to find and simple check in procedure. Coded door locks - so no keys to lose ! Bed arrangement was Ok - but didn't really suit someone with mobility issues - as it was against the wall - so had to climb in - not easy with a Knee replacement. Missed having a comfortable chair - but overall very good. Very clean !

This accommodation was simply amazing - and I had the lovely surprise of being allocated the annexe, which felt so private and cosy! I especially adored the Velux windows and the king-size bed. I would definitely return!

We took a short weekend break to London and needed a base that was central to the events we had planned over the course of a Saturday and Sunday. We found 'room2Hammersmith' and it was spot on. Communication from start to finish was great. Text, WhatsApp and emails all sent giving me all the detail I needed. The reception guy was polite, helpful and when we arrived at our room it was spot on for us. Clean, tidy, comfortable. The bathroom was ideal and the kitchenette area always a welcome extra. The bed was comfy and it was really quiet (excluding noisy neighbours returning!). All in all we have no complaints and I would recommend 'room2' for sure. We will be back as its a regular trip into London for us. What is also useful is the free on street parking around the area if you are travelling by car at a weekend

Our first time in Hammersmith - we loved Room2! Exceptional location - two ticks from the underground, shops and several fantastic eateries. (The Brackenbury Wine Rooms and it's associated coffee shop are too die for! The truffle pasta was fabulous and we returned to the coffee shop three times!) The Room2 room is thoughtfully designed with a lovely little enclosed patio, enough space inside for breakfast, and two researchers to work at night. Good quality mattress. We will most certainly be back!
