I’m actually a Hilton Loyalist but my sister really wanted to try this hotel. We flipped a coin and she won. We arrived from the U.S. about noon, too early for normal checkin. All the receptionists were busy with conferences and group registration. When our turn came Louis, the receptionist, went above and beyond to find two rooms available earlier . We had a slight wait but he personally brought the keys to the wait area when the rooms were ready. We were also provided drink vouchers that could be used while waiting. During our stay he always inquired if everything was satisfactory when we passed by the reception desk. Doormen, concierge, restaurant staff, all superb. AC/Furnace malfunctioned one day but was repaired within 30 minutes of placing the call for assistance. Modern hotels with booth UK and North American outlets. Loved the room controls for climate and lighting accessible from multiple areas. I was impressed with breakfast offerings just make sure you purchase one day in advance to get discounted price. View of London from your room is probably the best in London. Location with easy access to bus and metro stations also a plus.
