Really good would stay again at the price I paid, comfortable mattress.

They are no longer Open! I was emailed yesterday to say my booking is cancelled and they would try and refund me. DO NOT BOOK! They have not paid rent or taxes on the Camden building and the landlord changed the locks. I am trying to get a refund and will update my review if that happens...

First time stay at this hotel and the usual anxieties of staying somewhere unfamiliar we’re totally unfounded due to the excellent and friendly customer service. It is a lovely eclectic little hotel with some quirky decor choices, which suited my wife’s bohemian outlook

I booked the hotel for a charity event. Two weeks before the charity event, I contacted the hotel because the people who were due to stay at the hotel had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The hotel wouldn't help and wouldn't offer any type of a refund, despite the fact that it was two weeks before they were due to stay. No doubt, the hotel will now sell the room again and make more money from that. I was also told that if I didn't cancel the hotel, there would be a penalty charge to pay. This is completely outrageous and unnecessary. I will never recommend this hotel or book it again.

I stopped here for 2 nights on a weekend with friends. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from Chalk Farm underground and a 10 minute walk into the heart of Camden. We were able to check in about 2 hours early, which was useful and stopped in a private and modern 5 bed dorm that had 4 bunk beds and 1 double bed. The room was clean, and bunk beds were comfy with a shelf, electric sockets, and USB ports. Towels were also provided.

Great location within a short walk of Camden Town / Market and Hampstead, a short tube ride to Central London. Plenty of shops, supermarkets and cafés / restaurants close at hand. Friendly staff and good facilities including a shared kitchen and rooftop terrace. We had a family room that was great for four. Some of the rooms share a bathroom.

Shocked to find common bathroom shared with other guests (the description omits that the sharing is not for the persons in the one room but with the whole floor) that had been used, dirty with visible stain marks on the mirror and the vanity/with water on the floor. A dirty used towel was thrown on the wet and slippery floor. The room was small, no wardrobes and nowhere to store any valuables. It faced a noisy construction site.

The staff is friendly and the rooms have a modern touch. Me and boyfriend booked for 1 bedroom with a shared bathroom, thinking that there are at least two or three bathrooms with showers to use. However, there is just one shared bathroom with one toilet and on shower, that has to be shared by over 10 people which is sometimes a peoblem (hygiene, is occupied a lot, ect.). But the fact that it‘s so close to the Camden Market and the Chalk Farm Underground station is a huge plus for people, who wanna stay in a budget and wanna see London 😌

Just got back from a weekend in Camden & stayed at Selina. It has a very relaxed, friendly vibe. We had a room for 4 & it was so comfortable & clean. A Vivienne Westwood earring was lost & the lovely cleaner found it & the Selina are posting it back to us. The location is amazing for the Market & the lock & you would definitely not think that you are in a hostel. We will definitely be back. Thank you Selina.
