hub by Premier Inn London West Brompton Hotel

I had a big charity walk the next day so wanted somewhere convenient to stay, always liked Premier Inn so booked here. Warm welcome and nice room a bit small but had everything I needed. I was on my own so no problem but you could only get in the bed one side. It didn't worry me but I was on the lower floor below ground so if this would worry you best let them know

I’ve stayed here a couple of times now and I can say this hotel is a gem. It’s 2 minutes away from the tube station and walking distance to Kensington. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Francesco that gave us all the directions and tips for the nearby attractions.

A new concept hotel where the room space was maximised, but modern touches have it a fun feel. Windows can’t be opened but good aircon. Loved the space saving features which worked well. Free tea/coffee in lounge area on ground floor.

I’ve stayed here a few times now, and obviously it’s good enough that i keep returning. Upon arrival it’s best to check in with the staff at the desk as i’ve had issues with the self service kiosk- but staff are always friendly and get the job done just as quick. Hallways and social area are always lovely and quiet- never had any disturbances from the halls, and have always had a nice, relaxing time drinking tea in the lobby. Bed is lovely and comfy, although not fully made when you arrive. Always get a good night sleep. This time, there were building works outside our window but we didn’t hear a peep of it. Bathroom is good, but definitely not private. The walls and door are glass, so made sure you’re adequately close with your travel partner. Breakfast was a tad disappointing. All left out, uncovered so didn’t look very fresh. Hardly anything there when we arrived. Ended up paying £8 each for some pastries. I wish there were more milk options for hot drinks as well- only cow’s milk. Overall a nice little place if you’re just looking for a comfy bed and great nights sleep, and not a 5* hotel experience.

Close to West Brompton tube station made this an ideal place to stay for our weekend in London. Hotel basic but clean and comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Large towels always a bonus. Air conditioning in room worked well. Breakfast inexpensive and enough choice to set us up for the day. Disappointed that coffee machine not working. Plenty of tea/hot water available at any time. Will stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff from the 1st to the last minute. Very well presented communal areas. Clean and sharp. The room was the same. Great location. Top quality accommodation and service. Great value.
