Hausd - Leicester Square

Great location! Very clean and once the communication starts, they are very responsive. Unit 4 is on one of the top floors. If the hot water stops, simple hit the reset button on the heater in the closet in the back room. The washing machine is convenient but recommend the quick cycle. Plenty of coffee pods. Nice place.

My kid and I really enjoy staying at Hausd. This apartment makes this London trip truly memorable! It is in perfect location, close to grocery, surrounded by restaurants, in walking distance to the underground station, theaters, British Museum, Covent Market, and more. We love every minute of our stay!

Property owners are hiding some vital information regarding the property: 1. Location: a back dark yard which is the other side of a lot of Chinese restaurants and the smell is horrible to the point it gets to the staircase and you can't open the windows because of it. 2. Apartment was located on the 4th floor no elevator. Had older family members to climb it. To say the least about my heavy luggage to carry up and down. 3. First night no lights on stairs. 4. Late night hours it doesn't feel safe to get to the building itself. So my experience was very bad. I have to add that it's the first time I encountered such a thing and rest of my stays around the world were very good.

Great apartment. But no elevator to 4th floor with some heavy suitcases. Didn’t know it was 4th floor until a few days before. Also, it is a weird courtyard that seems to have fire exits for the storefronts on the other side of building. It’s dark and feels unsafe. But the apartment was awesome. Clean, roomy, for sleeping 4.

Great location, comfortable beds, everything nice and clean. The rooftop deck was nice.

I searched SO many rentals that would put us in the middle of everything!I came across this one and couldn’t believe the price difference!This place was so nice!From start to finish Ana was so easy to deal with!We needed some extra towels/such and it delivered to our door.She helped us in every way. We stored our bags using Stasher the morning we arrived & it was right around the corner and then went site seeing.The place is so clean, well decorated & the bed was the best bed we have ever stayed at! I am hoping they can give us the brand of the mattress!Having a washer and dryer was huge! It is in the heart of China Town but 5-7 minutes to Convent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, Broadway Shows, and Leincaster Square.It is about a 20 minute walk to Big Ben, London Eye & Buckingham Palace. The bus stop is10 steps away &about a 3 minute walk to the tube.The only thing I would share take precaution in China Town. There are signs all over that there are pick pickpocketers. If you travel aboard, even to Paris and Rome they are bad there too. We were always on alert and never had a problem. However, two mornings we had to leave early (before 7:00) to catch a cab for some tours. Both times were were noticed & followed because it was ghost town and no one was around that early.We learned from this and called an Uber and waited inside the entrance door until they arrived. I would never share it is unsafe at all, however notice your surroundings!Book this place! You will LOVE IT!

This was a nice apartment, not a typical hotel. Communication for entry was excellent. Located on edge of Cinatown, with West End theaters in every direction. Right in the heart of everything. Tucked away in a quiet courtyard with a great kitchen. Loved the convenience and the location.

The accommodation was great; clean, excellent Wi-Fi, Netflix, etc. The Nespresso machine was brilliant, but we had no tea, and a sample size bottle of hair conditioner might be a good idea. Being in the middle of Chinatown it was noisy until late, but our bedroom overlooked a quiet yard, so we slept well.

Great location, very clean and comfortable accommodation, suited our needs perfectly. Just be aware - there are two flights of stairs!
