Somerset Hotel Baker Street London

Este hotel é uma piada. É um 2 estrelas, mas é injusto para os hóspedes pagantes. A recepção é mal iluminada e sem vigilância na maioria das vezes. Todo o edifício é como em construção. A cama não foi trocada (sim, tem manchas) e fedorenta. As paredes estão caindo aos pedaços e o banheiro é muito ruim que a porta de correr sai. A alça é um único parafuso solto. Muito anti-higiênico e inseguro. Evite este hotel a todo custo.

O cara da recepção é ótimo, o atendimento é muito bom, tem café de graça na recepção, e não precisa de gorjeta para ajudar a carregar a bagagem. A localização é no centro da cidade, e é muito cuidadoso para tem banheiro privativo a esse preço em Londres

Room had not been cleaned properly. found popcorn in the bed. The bed had been made but there was no way the sheets were fresh and clean. Never stay here again, very disappointed.

Nastiest place I have ever seen

優點： 便宜，聖誕節才80胖； 位置好，離馬裏波恩和貝克街地鐵站近，去市區哪兒都方便； 旁邊有便利店； 缺點： 房間非常小， 床小還晃， 隔音很一般， 窗户小， 浴室和洗手池的水温難調。 總結：圖便宜和位置好的可選，湊和睡。

I stayed at this hotel and there was a mouse in my room. I have photo evidence of this. I was told I would get a refund but I have still not received it. I found the manager very rude and he told me i should be more appreciative of the situation - the situation being that the room I paid 60£ for had an actual mouse in it.

This hotel is not luxury but when your paying less than a Travelodge or even a hostel its very good especially given the location. This was my second visit in a year and whilst the room is very basic it's still very clean and comfortable. Yes the finish isn't great and the hotel is still very clearly being refurbished but if I'm paying less than £50 a night for zone 1 then it's definitely worth it. My only real problem was the tiny shower that I struggled to fit in, but other than that it was great for a week exploring London. I will happily stay again (if it's cheap)

I live in Hampstead but had to find a quick room to stay whilst my central heating wasn't working properly. The booking was brilliant and so was the welcome from George on concierge.🙏 The room was lovely and warm clean too with an excellent shower! But for Bakers Street at £60 that is fantastic value even for out of season.

I have to admit that I was unsure whether to stay here after reading a number of bad reviews of this hotel. However, I needed to stay near Baker St for various reasons and was looking for a hotel with good transport links to Stansted Airport and free WiFi. This hotel was the cheapest in the area and the bus stop for Stansted Airport was right in front of the hotel, so after researching many hotels, I decided to stay here. There is no lift and the building is old. However, if you can think it is a place to just take a shower and sleep, it is fine. First of all, the location is excellent. I felt the rooms were big for a central London . The bathroom was not clean, but I thought it had met my minimum. If you are looking for luxury, this hotel is not for you. It is perfect as a base for sleeping only. For this location and price, I would use it on my next trip to London.
