This was a horrible experience. The property has a dungeon vibe. Bathroom was old and grotty. Black mould and gangrene on the shower wall. Rusty, broken drain in bath tub. Receptionist was stingy with amenities. She gave us shampoo and told us to use it as shower gel. The bedrooms are ugly and dark inside. The windows are positioned so that everyone from the street and nearby apartments can see into each others rooms. The lift is smelly and dirty with unknown wet stains all around. The several hundred pounds deposit is not justified at all. The washing machine and kitchen appliances were useful.

I had no hot water in the morning and I called the reception number several times but nobody picked up. In the end I didn’t have enough time to go down and get someone to come and fix it so ended up just having a cold shower

Lack of communication within the staff members, such as they didn’t know what time we (check-out) even we paid (£60) for late (check-out) until (15:00pm), they distributed us twice ringing the door bell. So I would like them to improve their communication within the stuff members.

Great 2 bedroom apartment, very clean. We used the sofa bed but it wasn’t made up for us, the guy on reception couldn’t be more obliging and came straight away to make the bed for us, he then offered us a complimentary late check out. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again

The apartment did not look like the picture and was not clean. Please note that there is no AC in the apartments. One of my travel partners became overheated and we had to check out and pay for another hotel. Please be aware that the company will not refund your money. We stayed only one day and we were charged for 4 days. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Please stay away from this place.

Stay was ok. Cleanliness was good. Clean bathroom and kitchen area with towels/shower gels and tea making facilities.
I suppose my only issue would be that the pictures on here do not tell the full story. They make the rooms look larger and more luxury. This is more a slightly dated residential block of flats which isn’t kept to a high standard in the communal areas. The bed was folded down from the wall and doubles up as a sofa. I maybe expected a bit more but it was comfortable enough. It’s slightly odd having a bed in a kitchen.
This isn’t a negative review and I probably would use it again but it’s not quite luxury and as mentioned the pictures aren’t the full story.

Every thing was good. Place is clean, well prepared for our arrival, located very close to subway, convenience store and attractions.
Only problem = no air conditioning (we were able to keep place more comfortable by opening windows and balconies)
