it was great location. near to everything- train subway restuarants theatre bars. room was very small though

Este hotel foi ótimo para localização, era limpo e os funcionários estavam sempre disponíveis se algo fosse necessário. Há pouca ou nenhuma luz natural na sala, mas a iluminação é ajustável. Eu tinha um quarto acessível que achei funcional e limpo. Definitivamente ately um dos melhores quartos acessíveis que experimentei.

Completely unacceptable and to be honest I was tempted to request a refund. After the other hubs I’ve stayed in (many, for acting school) I found this one to be a shock and a complete mess. TV didn’t work and when we complained we pretty much got a shrug and were told ‘none of them connect’. No effort was made to fix the problem despite the staff member telling us in the morning that it would be fixed. We stayed two nights for our anniversary - I would now discourage friends from staying there

The hotel is very convenient for a trip to the theatre, but you pay for it. Everything in the hotel is good - quiet, clean, good breakfast, excellent location - but the room access cards never seem to work first time and always seem to require staff to sort it out.

We stayed at the premire inn hub on covent garden as we were planning on going to the theatre for my birthday and found it was an amazing little quiet hotel. It was compact in the rooms but still had plenty of roo. To move around and get comfy the beds were extremely comfortable and even provided me with a special birthday surprise on the day of my birthday. The staff were extremely friendly and we really enjoyed our stay the only thing we would of changed was more hot food options available at breakfast but the breakfeast was lovely we did have. We would definitely return if and when we return to London I was very impressed with the whole experience

This was absolute amazing stay in London! Breakfast for about £5.00 for Adults and Children eat Free. There is bar where drinks are served throughout the day. But OH MIGHTY! The price! Wow! We paid for 2 Rooms that both had 2 single beds and a Bathroom and for Both Rooms it was £400 Per Night! Now this was really a treat because it was my Dads 40th. But come on, it is really expensive! Anyways it is in a great location about an 8 Minute Walk to Covent Garden where there are lots of different Shops and Entertainment. While your there, you've got to try 7 Dials Market. Its like little street food shops and have things like Hashbrowns, Burgers, Cheeses, Desserts. All Sorts! I would stay here again!

Room was very small and had no windows. because we couldn't open any windows it felt very claustrophobic. The bed was to small and very short. The room wasn't very clean, I found hair behind the sink. Location was very central and check in process went fluently

The staff were very good, no complaints there. The bathroom and bedding were very clean, no complaints there. The carpet and the one chair in the tiny bedroom were badly stained as was the carpet in the corridor near the lift. The bed was almost impossible to use for a couple (it was booked as a double room); it was quite high and enclosed on 3 sides, which meant the person on the inside had to climb over the person on the outside, might be ok for a young couple but for an elderly couple it was impossible, when one person got up in the night both had to get out of bed. Very little sleep was had by both of us.
