酒店服務一流，前檯女服務員很友善親切及樂意幫忙，還介紹了景點路線給我們，我們十分感謝她。 酒店設施及房內環境一般，房間雖小但五臟俱全，有洗頭水及護髮素；有肥皂及肥皂液；有細小的檯子及掛衣設施，衛生環境一般，不要期望太高，畢竟是3星級別。 酒店位置很好，座落於寧靜的小區，但行走5至10分鐘，就有很多不同種類的餐廳，有中式、意大利菜、巴西菜、印度菜 .......。行走5分到underground Bayswater station ，另一方向行走8分鐘就能到達Queensway station，由酒店行走20分鐘到達Paddington Station。 The hotel service is excellent, the front desk waitress is very friendly and willing to help, and she also introduced us with the directions of attractions, we are very grateful to her. 鄰居，好嘈。頭髮好難乾，因為冇風筒嗰度好潮濕所以吹唔到。廁所衛生乾淨房間光猛有電視very good
