Chose this hotel due to the location in central London and easy access to TFL links. Unfortunately, on arrival at the hotel, we discovered that the room had no Towels available for us to use and on asking the reception staff we were told that the delivery hadn't arrived and therefore their were none available, which is unacceptable in a hotel. When we returned to the room later that night, we discovered yet another issue, the TV didn't work. We reported this to reception who advised us that maintenance would be provided shortly to resolve the problem. We didn't hear anything for the remainder of the night and it wasn't till the next day the TV was repaired. To add to the ever growing list of issues, we had a terrible night's sleep due to loud noises coming from the room above. I understand that the hotel can't be responsible for guest's behavior but on reporting this to the reception team we were told nothing could be done as the 'Good Night Guarantee' couldn't be honored at the hotel, which is clearly the opposite of the policy on the website. On my return home, I tried to contact Premier Inn on several occasions with, at time of writing, no success. Would stay Premier Inns again however would avoid this one in particular.
