We had a room on the 12th floor and the view was amazing! It was a large room, warm, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Tea and coffee provided were just what we needed in the morning. The location is convenient, just a short walk to Oxford street. This was our first visit to a Premier Inn and we will definitely visit again!

The location is ideal, close to the underground and bus stops and only one stop away from Paddington station. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. Also, free coffee and tea is provided 24/7 for hotel residents. The only problem we had was the miscommunication regarding room cleaning.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The beautiful bar was a highlight, offering a fantastic ambiance and an impressive selection of drinks. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel

Really good location, check in was easy and staff polite. Room was windowless (actually there was a long narrow strip of frosted glass) and too hot ( I had to turn air con off as it would only go down to 19). Bed was super comfortable. The room had a faint smell of cigarettes and there was a butt on floor but generally the room was clean. Breakfast was really disappointing but they were having issues with deliveries and it was very busy. Being able to leave my bag all day after check out was a really helpful addition. I wanted a drink in the bar when I picked it up, waited 15 minutes and no one served me, however, this seemed entirely down to lack of staff which must be as frustrating to the staff that are there as much as the customer. Overall I would go back but not at Christmas time and wouldn’t do breakfast.

Me and my husband booked the Marylebone Premier Inn Hub as we were getting married at the old Marylebone town hall. Our wedding only consisted of two witnesses and therefore we thought we would not tell the hotel as things were very low key. However, I was made to feel so special as a bride by the staff especially Meena and Milo. They even provided me and my husband with chocolates and wine. Thank you so much for making our day extra special we will remember it forever.

A very clean, secure and well maintained hotel. The bedroom is a bit small but for a solo traveller its suffecient. The bed is very comfortable too. Overall for a budget friendly option it was perfect! Free coffee 24/7 was a great option. I loved my stay!

We had a fabulous stay at this hub by Premier Inn hotel! 😍 It is a perfect base for being in London, with only a few minutes of walking to get to Edgware Road Station and Marylebone Station. We had a window in our Standard Room which we loved as it had natural light 💡 The room was compact but it was not a problem for us at all. The breakfast was superb for the price, I really enjoyed the porridge and the fruit was of great quality. The staff were lovely and we would wholeheartedly return to this hotel in the future! ☺️

This is the first place, outside of our own home, where we slept absolutely uninterrupted- the mattress, pillows and weighted blanket are the best we have experienced in a hotel so far. The entire hotel is clean, lifts are quick and quiet, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful; Self check-in and check-out is a great independence addition. Breakfast is quite classic, I recommend pre-booking yours upon making a reservation, otherwise orders are not taken into consideration. Location is amazing, many connections just around any corner. Great pubs in the area as well and Baker street is mere meters away. Enjoy, it’s truly worth it to book here. Would definetely do it again.

Wonder stay, staff are happy and friendly. Room very comfortable, food is very nice. We have had a lovely time. Very accessible to everything in London. Mila is a very friendly member of staff who makes you feel very welcome and runs a welcoming hotel
