Hub by Premier Inn London Camden

Was very surprised that the bed wasn’t made at all. We weren’t supplied with enough towels, only 1 for a 2 person room. The lack of natural light is very odd. Also there is a lack of privacy with the bathroom as any one tall can see over the frosted class and there is a gap in the door that you can see and hear through

Fresh, clean and comfortable! Very space efficient and everything I needed. Exactly as advertised, Great location and at a reasonable cost. Friendly staff that were helpful when needed. I had breakfast included and it was like any other buffet just more efficient for choice, still met requirements. I would definitely stay again. The lights automatically came on for me but then timered off if I didn't press a button, caught me out a couple of times. Be nice to see the outside world if possible, I wasn't sure if my 'window' was real. Bathroom towel hook would be nice instead of using the door handle.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, access to food and drink, friendly staff ( though sometimes hard to find). Our only issue was that the control pane in our room did not work properly so we had no control over temperature and not much choice in the level of lighting. Was great to be left to our own devices without being chased out of our room by housekeeping each day.

Was going to a concert in Camden and booked for the price. Was very pleased with the room space, cleanliness and how quiet it was overnight. Bed was comfy and staff / breakfast all good. Would def stay again

In town for a conference at London zoo. Perfect location as zoo is only a 15 min walk away, and nice to have a wander to Camden Lock and the shops there. Surrounded by some good restaurants - Andromeda Greek was great! Hotel has good security, a nice lounge to have snacks, a drink and then breakfast in the morning. Room small but functional with good blackout blind. Staff a little bit elusive if any questions but overall a good stay had.

Really impressed with HUB. It was the first time we had stayed in one of these and we love how compact and cosy it was. The rooms have been designed to have everything you need. We were amazed by the comfort of the bed, the amenities available, how the rooms were configured to ensure you could get a decent size bathroom, double bed and pop out table in the room. They also had a space to hang your clothes, provided towels and had a hair dryer. We also loved the fancy light system and modern living conditions. Access to the hotel and room was via key card so you felt very safe and considering we were staying in a busy part of Camden you couldn’t hear any outside noise. It was also a 10 minute walk to Camden market and was a perfect one night stay for an event we had at the Roundhouse just down the road. Would 💯 recommend if you’re doing 1 or two nights.

Room was clean, bright and with good space. Room facilities are, however, severely lacking. Check-in staff helpful. Location convenient for my purposes. There were road works outside the Hub, blocking the pavement, but no sign as to where the entrance was, nor how to reach it. That was thoughtless. There was one bedroom ceiling light not working (although the room was bright enough). This implies bedroom maintenance is not a priority; it was confirmed by the next mishap: the loo seat was loose, and potentially very dangerous - it fell off onto the floor! The lack of tea/coffee/kettle facilities in the room is a major minus. Carrying a mug (not possible for one person to carry two) of hot beverage up four floors from the 'free' facility in the basement, and having to use a room key to open three doors on the way, is not safe practice. It ought to be possible at the very least to borrow a kettle for the room. There was no shaver point in the bathroom, so not possible to use electric shaver or charge a battery one, nor charge an electric toothbrush. You should offer adapters to guests on arrival. It is not clear that to ensure bedroom lights stay on, the book-read symbol needs to be pressed. There should be a printed guide - most guests will choose not to use the app. Overall, the set-up is too high-tech for guests' needs, and insufficiently focussed on the guest as an individual.

Very conveniently and centrally located in Camden High Street close to tube, bus and mainline rail connections. Rooms are adequately sized, well equipped and very new so in great condition. Breakfast buffet menu is extensive and wonderful, serviced and supported by the very kind, polite and helpful Miss Julia. In fact all staff are highly professional, friendly and helpful. I cannot rate the whole experience highly enough, and all for a very affordable price.

the staff member who helped with check in with my employee discount with the new system & the same staff was chatty & friendly at breakfast ,sadly i forgot to ask her name,cannot wait to go back in june
