第一次住酒店寫差評送給 倫敦半島酒店
住過最失望的一家半島，管理團隊極其不專業形同虛設。酒店專為中東人服務，歧視亞洲人！
我是為了一萬一晚的公園景觀房間才選擇這家半島的。之前住過上海紐約芝加哥的半島，一直對半島很有好感，但因為這一次的經歷再也不會選擇半島了。
1.酒店乾洗比預計時間晚了十五個小時，在酒店乾洗服務後，我價值三萬塊錢的Balmain外套的所有的暗釦都離奇消失不見了，這導致我沒有辦法扣起合上我的衣服，酒店給出的解釋是很抱歉聽到這個消息，語氣好像跟他們沒關係一樣。因為當時我趕着出去吃飯，想着回來再處理。回來之後讓我更加大跌眼鏡的事情發生了，我的衣服莫名其妙被掛起來了，更加無語的是他們用另一個顏色的扣子銀色（原本是金色的）的縫在我的衣服上，而且我衣服原本的材質毛呢在不專業縫紉下也得到了不同程度的損壞，好好的衣服在他們的“修復”下變成了廉價盜版。他們在做這一系列的事情前沒有得到我的允許，就私自決定改造我的衣服。
2.在他們打掃房間後我的睡褲離奇消失，還有一條短袖，給他們的管家發消息，也沒人回訊息，一直到我辦理check out也沒有得到我的物品去向。
3.早餐不僅晚點了四十分鐘，而且還少了整整一整份的菜品，我問那位服務人員其他菜品去哪了，他還在為自己找理由，説他們的牛奶是大杯的可以兩個人share，我們又跟他説我們兩個人喝一份牛奶，那菜品也要分嗎？兩個人吃一份菜？然後我們給他看了我們的預訂訂單，他才不情不願的去取下一份菜品，期間我又等了將近半小時。
因為忙於行程，也不想把時間浪費在和他們扯皮，直到入住的最後一天，才有一個洗衣部的員工才來道歉，經理以及管理人員沒有出現過一個人，他們的託詞是我會跟我的領導反映這個事情。 到了最後checkout的時候我實在忍無可忍，我跟他們吵了一架，他們找了一個所謂的經理來和我道歉，但實際的解決方案一個都沒有。賠償方案就是免除一百磅的洗衣費，他們也沒有辦法賠償我的衣服，唯一的補償就是等等會給我發一個郵件，證明下一次入住的時候可以幫我升級房型，但我從英國離開十天了我還沒有收到這封郵件。 也許遇到的是白人客人，他們就不會這麼敷衍了事了。他們的管理團隊我懷疑是在新東方學的酒店管理，衹會推介責任給其他部門以及普通員工，遇到事情連麪都不敢露。希望耐心看完我的評論的人不要再選擇這家酒店了，倫敦還有很多酒店，沒必要花錢在這被歧視找氣受。

Impressive property in a prime location. Beautifully designed rooms, very spacious and equipped with impressive technology. Staff is very well trained, exceptionally friendly and warm making The Peninsula London an ideal home-way-from-home.

A little disappointing. What a shame . Fantastic bathrooms but room was somewhat sterile . Excellent spa and pool . Staff were ever present and keen. Breakfast in lobby was poor with overworked staff running around. For the price which is probably the most expensive in London felt the hotel was too clinical and lacked charm.

We had dinner at lobby lounge post last Ramadan iftari , which was been offered with a fabulous way . Actually I just asked for a still water and then server noticed I was not consumed water for long time. Finding this the lobby lounge server understood I am observing a Ramadan fasting and then they surprised us offering couple of dates which believe as sunnat in ritual of Ramadan fasting. That was truly remarkable attention of details. Prior we had great time at top Brooklands bar . All the team members are very sophisticated and professional on their job and guest liaison. If i have to mention few names - Khanna. Benzo are true star at Brookland bar. Khanna explained on the theme of bar and menu .Mach concept and architectural details. I can't recal his name but he is an Indian at lobby lounge. Really smart server who identified I'm in fasting. And really touched my heart as that was Last day of Ramadan. And his colleagues from Ireland has took us to show other hotels facilities and newly opened restaurant and bars. Truly thrilling experience overall. All the Best The peninsula London. Wish you a great openings and all success in future.
