Ember Locke

The hotel exceeded expectations on arrival, better than the photos in the lobby and ground floor areas. Check-in process whilst smooth was a little awkward when I was told that the booking agent hadn’t transferred payment, I’d paid in full when I booked, Ember Locke would “look into this”. The facilities in the room were great, the use of the space for a city studio was good. The lighting was moody, another light option over the dining space would be an welcome option. No phone access from the rooms and laundry facilities meant repeat visits to the front desk as there was some discrepancies in information about laundry detergent and kitchen plug. Wet weather made the front tiled area slippery, a mat would be a great addition to the space. Whilst 24 hour front desk service was advised, at time of my check out the desk was unattended and I was unsure how to proceed, assuming all was OK leaving the room pass by the front desk. A refurbish of the lift interior would finish the space nicely. Overall, really comfortable stay and the opening of the bar soon will be great for this property.

Unreal stay!!!!!! Wow what value that offering was. These guys have freshly opened this hotel and to say it is stunning is an absolute understatement, they have not spared a dime with the architecture, finishes and interior decorations. Sublime. Please do my home. Now, let’s talk about the service. As someone who has spent 30 hours in transit, staying on their own, the warmth of the Locke people made me sad to leave. Enormous compliments and praise to Ola and Auzelina who made me feel like I was on a trip with my close gfs, these ladies were extremely helpful, accomodating and kind. They didn’t bat an eyelid at the rubbish that fell out of my mouth at 3am. In all my travels, these two have been the warmest, sweetest people I could have possibly met. I called them my guardian angels. Last but not least, the apartment itself was fully kitted out with a washer/dryer, fridge, cooktop, AC, easy to use TV and wifi, great water pressure, comfy beds, immaculately clean. Unreal. I work in high end real estate where 5 star service and expectation management is mandatory, the Ember locke outdoes any of its competition by a landslide, 10 fold. I hope I have an excuse to get back soon because I miss my 5 day old Locke family and home already ❤️

先説優點，這家酒店的裝修和設計確實還不錯，環境以橘色為主色調，雖然面積整體不大，但是非常和諧温馨。此外，性價比出色，而且一切都很新，還帶有小廚房和冰箱，可以在控制價格的基礎上有更多生活上的自由。這些也是我最初選擇這裏的理由，並且基本上都實現了。 但意想不到且不幸的是，這裏的服務，主要是前台服務，並不如人所願。之前讀過一些消極評價，以為是概率事件，沒想到真實發生。我們第一天抵達時，前台先是説我們的房費扣款不成功，無法入住。但實際上我在11月就預訂付款了全款。隨後前台給了我一間沒有廚房、不符合約定的位於地下室的房間。我發現後和前台交涉，前台説衹能第二天換房。但和攜程講過以後，很快當天給我調了帶廚房的空房。此外，我們預訂了四個晚上，但到了第三晚房卡就失效了，前台堅稱我們衹預訂了三個晚上，必須馬上搬走（第一天入住時，另一個前台還説是四晚）。之後不得不再次聯繫攜程協商，才改口為我們更新了房卡。 這些問題，我們不知道是來自代理和酒店的溝通，還是酒店本身可能存在的區別對待。攜程的響應還是可靠快速的，幫我們在半小時內解決了問題。希望之後的人對可能出現這樣的事做好心理準備，雖然未必造成實際影響。

新開張的藝術酒店，設施很新。房間不大，但帶廚房和全套餐具，床很舒服。位置優異，離伯爵宮地鐵站很近，希思羅機場出來可以地鐵直達。門口公交車可以到市區很多景點。附近有大超市，買物資也很方便。唯一的槽點是，房間燈光有點昏暗。

入住的時候瞭解到這家是23年5、6月新開的 裝修味道很大！！！房間進去刺鼻！！！非常帶小孩入住不友好！！！ 電梯間香水味畫面也很刺鼻 整個大堂也還帶裝修味 感覺用香水味在覆蓋 訂的市景套房帶乾衣機的 給我分配了電梯邊很小的朝內的房間 無乾衣機 房間裏有之前住客做過咖喱之類餐食 很重氣味 後換的房間窗是密閉的 無法通風 另室內裝潢的風格偏昏暗 我圖二大致有房間色調效果 和酒店宣傳圖有出入 最重要的是 床的尺寸衹有1.5m 並不是宣傳的1.8m大床 我訂了三晚 但就以上兩點 我和店員申請退房 他們説我的預訂經過攜程預訂 衹要攜程同意即會同意退款取消 但真的等攜程客服去聯繫操作的時候 工作人員開始扔皮球 衹讓我們聯繫很難打上電話的預訂團隊 見不到對接人 整體就是非常差勁！！！千萬不要住！！！ 實在入住體驗差勁 寫了真實差評 希望大家經過不要入坑 門面是看着還行 但最重要的還是咱入住房間的質感不是嗎 外表不重要 入住屋內真的不ok

Nettes, modernes Hotel mit neuer Einrichtung. Jedoch kommt der Zimmerservice nur einmal die Woche bei laufender Buchung. Unser Zimmer lag im Souterrain, war deshalb etwas dunkel aber sehr schön.

精緻設計小酒店～西邊看展交通方便～ 有廚房和洗衣機，適合獨自出行 當然和朋友出行可以定複式的公寓房～很有feel

很漂亮的酒店，門口有公交車，地鐵站也不太遠，步行5分鐘就有大超市。最驚喜的是有洗衣房和小廚房，非常方便。
