The location was good for us however, I would NOT recommend to others because majority of staff members I saw seemed dismissive, uncaring and rude. It seemed that with one member of staff that she was irritated and often rolling eyes at things that were completely out of our control. -We had key card issues and had to go back and forth to the desk to sort this out about 5 times, in the end we got given an assortment of cards to try. - The hotel was severely understaffed. We had the same women check us in, sort out key card issues, take food and drink orders and make and serve our food. On multiple occasions myself and other customers were left waiting around the bar/restaurant area for someone and having to go round the other side and ask for service and getting a sigh. I understand being understaffed is not a the staff’s issue, however management/Travelodge should get this sorted. I did not complain or speak to staff at the time as I did not want to ruin the stay further and it seemed as if majority of the staff did not seem to care about the job or making it a great stay for the customer - you get what you pay for I guess! However, I expected some level of at least good hospitality and willingness to help
