This hotel was booked on the same day and I am very satisfied. The advantage is high cost performance and warm service. On Senggigi Beach, just one hotel away from Quincy. The room was very dark and rather grim - so much so that one needed to have the light on even in the middle of the day. The bathroom had a low-pressure saltwater shower and a handbasin with only a cold saltwater tap There was no privacy - the only window was open to anyone to peer in - closing the curtain made the room even darker. The room furniture had seen better days - a whole draw was missing from the only storage available. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The hotel seems popular with Italian families - the pool and surrounding area were taken over by noisy children. We had booked for four nights but left after two. The lady owner was very sympathetic and understanding when we explained that the room was not up to the standard we reasonably expected for $165US per night. The male owner was much less friendly and unhelpful. We found a lovely place with a bright clean modern room with its own private beach for well under this price. Our strong advice is to read the poor reviews of this place and look very carefully at the photos. Our honest recommendation based on stays in nine other Lombok hotels is to look elsewhere. This place is dreadful value for money. We chose it because of the good reviews on this site - please tread carefully!

A hotel that brought us a lot of surprises and warm feelings, we booked a two-bedroom villa. The hotel front desk manager saw that we were 5 people and immediately upgraded our three-bedroom villa. This is a big villa with a sea view. The room is spacious and everyone can live very comfortably. My son doesn't go to the beach every day in the private pool. Every waiter in the hotel restaurant is very enthusiastic and wants to learn Chinese, especially when I see my parents want to. Eat hot noodle soup, let the chef order seafood noodle soup, the two old people said that this is the most delicious noodle soup we have eaten in this ten-day journey, and the hotel front desk manager arranged the Lengmu Island sengjiji car and boat intermodal package Also very perfect, the price is much cheaper than Taobao, the key is that the Clippers directly to the hotel's beach to pick us up. Unfortunately, our trip to Gili T Island is only two days. I really want to stay in Kokomo for two more nights. If you have the chance to come back to Gili T, we will definitely stay in Kokomo.

This is a beautiful resort, however it is in the middle of nowhere and closes early. If you are looking for total relaxation, a secluded beach to yourself and to be tucked up in bed by 9pm then this is the place to come as it is so peaceful and beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights as part of a 14 day island hopping tour but we prefer more life. There were only about 4 other rooms of people staying and on our first night we went for dinner at 7pm. By 8.15pm we were the only ones left. by 8.30pm with breakfast set up around us is was clear it was time to go, so at we found ourselves back in our room drinking water when we are usually going out at that time! We went on a pre-arranged tour the next day and bought some drinks and snacks at a shop for the following night. The staff on the second two nights were much friendlier and the restaurant was open a bit later but still closed by about 9.15pm. The staff were really friendly but without many other guests it just lacked any kind of atmosphere or life. Hopefully as it gets busier it will feel much and stay open later as it deserves to be fully booked as the facilities and beach are wonderful.

My husband and I recently returned from a magical 8 days and were blown away by this property. The staff, simply stated, is amazing. They get to know you personally and everyone from the owner Lorraine to Hajar, Eza, Ali and the other lads were off the charts. The service is impeccable yet non-intrusive. Lorraine and Hajar are the embodiment of hospitality. They offered us recommendations to make sure our vacation was the right mix of exploration and relaxation. Our Villa was well appointed with amenities you would expect. The villa itself was spacious yet intimate. We did not hear our neighbors at all during the entire eight days we stayed there. A small refrigerator is available. There were plenty of hangers in the closet and robes you could use. It has very relaxing patio furniture in the balcony. I usually don't comment about toilets, but the one in our villa was huge! What makes the property ideal is that its centrally located and walking distance to the supermarket and a lot of restaurants. The stay was always going to be magical on this gorgeous island, but Harmony Villa took it to a level of unexpected perfection that will keep us singing their praises. Thank you to all of the incredible team for going above and beyond in making our stay truly special! We highly recommend this place.
