It's a really pleasant experience for me and enjoyable stay overall! Great ambience, friendly and helpful staffs! All very warm and welcoming like the Spain's Mallorca weather! All sunny and bright :)) Love the interior and exterior designs of every corners within the hotel. Cleanliness is tip top. There is a beautiful church to visit nearby too. Gym, spa, pool, bars, and tennis court all very spacious and ready to use! Can never get enough of it. A great choice for relaxation and holiday-to-go! Superbly fantastic and loved it! On the side note, very instagrammable and instagram worthy :D

Gorgeous hotel - tastefully decorated. Lovely pool area with no problem getting a sun bed, inc mid afternoon. The lifeguard was excellent at helping people find beds and ensuring others weren’t reserving beds they weren’t using. Restaurants good, if a little pricey. We read reviews before our stay about poor service - service was fine, but a little slow. General vibe of hotel didn’t feel that friendly or welcoming - think staff are just too busy. Didn’t use the spa but the gym was good. Football pitch is not useable - overgrown. A really short drive to the airport, a car is a must for exploring the area and visiting local beaches. Es Trenc beach was very nice.

This is was a very last minute trip. Booked less than 24 hours before departure and with mixed reviews could have gone either way... BUT I cannot fault the place and feel immensely grateful for the sanctuary it provided me for a much needed break away from reality. The site that the hotel is on is stunning. Authentically Mallorcan with beautiful architecture and tranquil surroundings. The staff were attentive, friendly and work very hard to deliver excellent service. It's classy but unpretentious. The facilities (for the size of the estate) are very good. There's a decent spa offering a range of treatments, an adults only pool, multiple dining options and plenty of peaceful corners to retreat to. It has a well- stocked and functioning gym. The bedroom which was very clean and comfortable, was serviced daily. The mini bar was stocked with a mix of soft and alcoholic drinks. The highlight of my stay was the yoga and meditation classes in the onsite chapel. It's such a stunning location to practice in and makes a nice change from a standard gym or community centre. David, the instructor was kind, supportive and appropriately helpful in guiding individuals into poses. I had a wonderful few days here and would thoroughly recommend. I'm going home calmer, happier and rejuvenated (ish). Clearly the management have taken previous comments about the service seriously, and while it was far from at capacity while I was here, they were still accommodating a large wedding party but managed to be attentive, deliver delicious, high-quality food* and a very positive experience. I'm the interests of a completely unbiased review, the only thing that needed maintaining were a few of the water features in the indoor pool/spa area. I'd therefore give it 9.5/10. A taxi from the airport took 20 mins and cost €35. *I'm a vegetarian and was impressed with the choice of options and quality of the fresh produce.

It was one of the best holidays if you wish to chill for a week. The staff were 95% HELPFUL, friendly all the time. our room was very large and the same with the bathroom in the main fifteenth centenary house overlooking the gardens and countryside, which we would recommend. kept clean every day. The food was 90% VERY GOOD, and the lunch time snacks around one of the outdoor pools was 90% good. I would say you need to hire a car because taxis were a little costly to go any where. We will return for sure, but with a car.
