Went here for a week 2 adults and two children check in was quick as we arrived at 2 am in the morning the man at reception was very nice . The room was big enough for us and the bathroom was nice and cleaned every day , the one thing you can here everything outside your door, The restaurant was nice and clean spotless staff did a great job , food was ok is what you get in any Spanish hotel , some food was cold the kids club was very good the swimming pool were nice but we were told that the water park was opened the last three days, the first day we checked around the area as you do , on the second day the water park was closed went to reception to see when it would be open and told it would be open in May I said it was open the last three days yes for the football camp , that was a let down other than that it was a nice hotel staff were very friendly

We stayed at the hotel from 31.03.2023till7.03.2023 The hotel met our expectations in 100% (everything as in the description). Food very varied, everyone could find something for themselves and very tasty. Activities for children were very diverse, of course the mini disco was a must-see of the evening. Entertainment for adults in the evenings is also a plus. And the hotel staff, very nice people, but special thanks to Beatka from the reception for her time, all help and suggestions, and Abraham - the right man in the right place. Very friendly, playful and helpful. Next year we definitely come back 😁 Przebywaliśmy na w hotelu od 31.03.2023 do 7.03.2023 Hotel w 100% spełnił nasze oczekiwania (wszystko tak jak w opisie). Jedzenie bardzo zróżnicowane, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie i bardzo smaczne. Zajęcia dla dzieci bardzo zróżnicowane, oczywiście mini disco to był obowiązkowy punkt wieczoru. Entertainment dla dorosłych wieczorami również na plus. No i obsługa hotelu, przesympatyczni ludzie, ale szczególne podziękowania dla Beatki z recepcji za poświęcony nam czas, wszelką pomoc i sugestie, oraz Abraham- właściwy człowiek na właściwym miejscu. Bardzo friendly, żartobliwy i pomocny.

The hotel is nice. Dated rooms but SO CLEAN. The suite is great especially if you’re with a small child, they can sleep in one room and you can relax in the other room/balcony. They also allow drink in your room. The staff were lovely and very helpful. That includes bar staff, cleaner and reception. All super nice. The pool areas are very nice. Clean and modern. There is a pool bar at the biggest pool. The splash pool has slides and lots of fun for the littles. There are also big slides for the older fun seekers. The indoor pool is a let down very dingy looking but soo warm! Can’t review the entertainment as we had a toddler who is fussy about their sleep. The food was a let down. Not much choice often cold, meat was dry. Snack bar serves fast food only but it’s open for a long period so that’s good. Dinner is also late 7pm onwards, so was retry late for us with a little one. September was great for us as there weren’t that many people there but weather was still great. I would recommend it if you don’t care about food/are planning to go out to eat.

We booked our holiday through On the Beach with our booking stating Olympic Resort. I was unsure before arrival which hotel we would be in. We were given a room the Suites Hotel and we were pleasently surprised. The room was split into 2 rooms so offered some privacy for us. The Receptionist on arrival was lovely and we got the keys to our room about 11.30am. The resort is very busy with a variety of nationalities, we saw no bias towards Spanish guests. We never struggled to get a lounger and shade when we went down about 9am, the lounger around the main pool were usually taken but there were plenty of others around the grounds. The food was fine, it was what you expect from an All inclusive buffet. There was a good selection of salads, meats and cheeses. Waffles are served from 4pm each day at the top snack bar and donuts served on a Tuesday and Thursday from 4.30 in the suites bar. Magnum and cornetto ice creams are available at the icecream van by the park hotel. We didn't realise there were 3 areas for entertainment on an evening. The main one been the mini disco followed by a performance in the main area as well as on the 2 terraces. We much preferred the live music on terraces each evening. Overall, we had a nice time. I think people who struggle at this hotel are maybe a little narrow minded and maybe a little ignorant to different cultures.

We were the last drop off on the coach. On return home we were the last to be collected so it took about 30 minutes! Hotel Room - Could do with updating however it was immaculately clean. Fresh towels and bedding every day. We had two singles pushed together to form a double then a double/bunk set up in the lounge section for our 3 children. Very cosy but served the purpose. Our room overlooked the pool and we didn’t have an issue with noise from outside or in the corridor, very quiet in fact. It’s often very difficult for a family of 5 to all be in the same room without splitting up over 2 rooms so we were very lucky this hotel accommodated us. Animation Team - The team did not stop from start to finish, they were excellent. So friendly to the children after the shows and when they saw them in passing throughout the day. The shows were the best we have seen as far as hotel shows go - really well planned and organised. Our children loved them. My only minor gripe would be - everything is in Spanish, even the songs. No variety of languages so suit those who travelled from overseas. The Bar (Suites Part) - there may be little queues here and there but nothing too concerning. My only concern with this would be it seemed that only British people queued. Everyone else seemed to go straight to the front and that was that. Some parents actively encouraged their children to push in, maybe the locals looked after themselves - who knows. Sun-beds / Sun loungers - Whatever you do, do not ruin your lay ins by getting or reserving loungers. There are plenty and we travelled from the UK during school summer holiday. There was always a space and there was stacks and stacks of loungers for you to use. We didn’t get to the pool until gone 10am most mornings and had a space with ease! The hotel do monitor towels and if they’ve not been occupied for 90 minutes they’ll take the towels off. All inclusive - we upgraded to the gold package which was an extra 12EUR per adult per day. Well worth it if you ask me.. all the branded drinks and spirits and fresh cocktails (rather than the pre-made machine ones on silver). We had our moneys worth. You don’t pay for the children to upgrade obviously, just adults. The food we found good, something for everyone and it was a good quality. Without repeating myself though the queues were only full of British people, others just pushed in. A fully grown man literally took a tong out of my daughters hand so that he could use it to have the last chicken?! Mind. Blown. The food at the snack bar was average - chips, burgers, nuggets, calamari, salad and rolls. Breakfast was by far our favourite meal. Staff - Animation team were spectacular so special mention to them. The staff behind the bar spoke very limited English and often laughed when we asked for somet

Just back from 2 wonderful weeks here, and we as a family of 21 cannot wait to go back! We are already planning our next holiday and this resort has totally stole our hearts and we collectively as a family have said we couldn’t holiday anywhere ever again but here!!! I could talk about it forever it was so good!!! Rooms… we had a family room, bit tight with 4 of us, 3 adults and a 16 year old! But we didn’t care about that as it’s basically to sleep in. Rooms cleaned every day!! Pools…. 3 to choose from, we used main one the most but also went on the slides at the tropical pool, it’s no water park but still loads of fun! Food….. omg there is so so much to eat…. I’ve stayed in loads of AL hotels over the years but I have never had so much choice of food as you do in this hotel!! The snack bars are like nothing I’ve seen at a hotel before, everything from burgers to bagels!!! I cannot fault the food one bit!! Ice cream, mini magnums daily, then on certain days there was a donut bar and sweet waffles with toppings on other days!! The staff….. well what can I say about them,,, from bar staff to animation team they are without a doubt the nicest people I have ever met…. They really made our holiday that bit better, the entertainment throughout the day from the animation team is brilliant, we all loved the summer dance and couldn’t wait to 12pm and 5:30pm every day to do it!! These guys work some amount of hours and do it with a smile!! Julio, Natalia and the rest of the crew are fantastic!! The bar staff are also brilliant, from Mario and the big tall guy (sorry I can’t remember his name) at the main bars to the 2 young guys at the pool bar (one had braces) their customer service was brilliant! Greeted us with a smile each day! Lovely girls also served us at the main bar too, nothing was ever too much for them! Throughout our stay there was a team taking photos and then framing them…. 15 euros!! Great value!! If you’re having doubts due to negative reviews DON’T, the place is amazing and I highly recommend!!

Arrived 15th of June for our first family holiday with our 2 year old place is beyond amazing! The room had 2 double beds good sized TV, bathroom with bath and overhead shower, 2 sink etc. Air-conditioning Balcony extra blankets in the wardrobe if needed. The entertainment for the kids was unreal, from getting to meet mickey mouse, minions and so many more. Everyday they have some new characters for the kids to meet. Face painting, tattoos, boats, bouncy castles and so much more. The show for the adults at night was also brilliant. Food was very nice they seemed to do a theme night a few nights aswell which was quite nice. There was an ice cream van with ice cream and lollies during the day included in the all inclusive, snack bar open between lunch and dinner. Kids pool with slides and slides for bigger ones, then there was 3 other pools outside, spa place inside and a heated pool. The hotel had so much on we hardly left to go down the town. Staff was so friendly, and was always happy to help. I honestly can't wait to go back!! We had a brilliant time! Just want to say a big thank you to all the staff use are all amazing!!

I've stayed here every year since before covid, but this year was terrible. The TV was broken in the room, the shower didn't stay up so I had to hold it to wash. There wasn't enough towels and there was no soap in the dispenser. Went to dinner on the 1st night to find it was closed. Went to reception, and the man seemed to not know what was going on. Was eventually told to go to another restaurant, when we got there we were told it wasn't our restaurant??? Food has been extremely poor. Same thing every night. I know how it goes with all inclusive it's always hit and miss, but this was the worst I've had for years. Raw meat and cold food. Like I say, I've never had a problem here, but after this stay, there's no way I would stay here again!!! I love Loret de mar but unfortunately this hotel has let us down!
