The hotel itself was lovely but I wouldn’t recommend staying in the annexe. It was like staying in a garage in the car park. Didn’t feel very private and was cold.
Location of the hotel was great and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel was excellent. However there was a smell in the bathroom which i told reception about at the end of our stay.

The hotel is in a very central position - minutes from shops and Venue Cymru. Room and en suite were a good size. Staff were all friendly and helpful. A little suggestion for an improvement would be to have a full length mirror in the rooms.

The hotel is clean, comfortably and close to the shops and restaurants. If eating in restaurant in evening then choices need to be given to reception desk by 3.30pm and meal eaten between 5.30-6.30. Staff are helpful, many guests were returning.

Fantastic 3rd visit to llandudno with simple great hotel accommodation.
We will be returning next spring for another 3 or 4 days stay.
