#好評#對房間佈局，防治蚊蟲措施，位置，隔音，梳洗用品，鄰近活動滿意；酒店工作人员态度非常好，很亲切。设施完善，风景好，早餐好吃。交通也便利，到市中心20分钟左右。在这里要提醒大家：从机场过来的时候一定要问好价格，这边的出租车有自己定价的权利，没有上限，容易被宰。

I've been to the Hotel several times. The city centre is a 15-minute drive away. This can be done by city bus, which stops outside the hotel. Taxi rides are also not too expensive. Friendly staff, nice rooms, clean, very good breakfast with a great selection of food. I will be back. I highly recommend it.

I have been to the hotel several times, as it has a friendly location if you come to the city by car. The parking lot is also excellent. The staff is very friendly. The rooms in the new part of the hotel are very nice (except for the fact that the showers don't seal and water floods the bathroom). The rooms in the old part of the hotel are significantly less pleasant, but still acceptable. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is not fancy, but everything served is delicious, including good morning coffee.

Very friendly and perfect organized hotel. Even the question about the best way of public transfer to the historic part of the city was not only answered but enhanced with written short notices, a restaurant recommendation and helpful advice on how to avoid expensive use of taxis. Small but very good breakfest offer, clean rooms and save parking lot. We for sure will come back!

Outstanding hotel. Everywhere is very clean and neat and tidy, breakfast choice is amazing, the coffee arrived almost before we ordered it. Staff are super helpful and friendly and all those we met speak better English than found in may hotels in European mainland. The room had a proper sized desk and chair in it (seems to be getting rarer nowadays), a full sized wardrobe and decent sized drawers. It's also on one of the main bus routes into the city, ride duration 10-15 minutes.
Only possible issue for some is that reception is not manned after 5pm so if you arrive later than that you will need to check email or ******* app for instructions on how to get access to the key card for the front door and room.But even if you cannot see the message at that time, a notice on the main door gives you a phone number to ring. Restaurant is not open for evening meals but is renowned for its lunches (oh, and did I mention the breakfasts....?)

The staff were brilliant. They gave tonnes of local advice and were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was brilliant and the coffee was the best we’d had anywhere

Modern and confortable rooms and very clean. Staff very kind, open to your needings. Fast check-in and check out; breakfast simple but tasteful and delicious. Absolutely suggested!!!

The hotel is a good walk away from the old town but I would be happy to stay there again as the room was a good size and clean, and had a balcony. What makes this hotel special is the people who work there - they are very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay in Ljubljana and would happily visit again.

Very well organized hotel, excellent service, good breakfast. I reached in the late hours but found a message in the email regarding the code of key box to get access to my room, this service was missing in some of the other hotels where I visited during my recent vacations. Besides, the hotel staff was very courteous and the overall hotel was very well organized. One of the best hotels we experienced during our vacations to Europe. Value for money, Would definitely recommend.
