I wouldn't be writing this if I'd have had any response from my complaint from the hotel. On arrival for a family night away after long period of not being able to get away. We were put in a cabin room. No fresh air Horrid smell of chlorine Floor not vacuumed as covered in diamontes clean a party room Very loud all night from the main road Carpet that needed relaying Blood on bed sheets and pillows 4 double beds for 3 of us so we were able to move the solid sheets No coat hangers in the room Tried to use the fan to cool the room down as no fresh air and was filthy Old and tired rooms All woken at 01.30 in the morning after night staff moving chairs in the function room No sleep at all Reported to reception in the morning and told someone would be in contact. If it wasn't for our little girl being in a special big girl bed we would have left. Told we would be spoken too Emailed twice bo response Blocked on Facebook for trying to contact Spoken to someone on Instagram who said I would be contacted. Again no contact. Breakfast was ok dry but on tue 7th floor and a long walk up the stairs for a family that don't use lifts. Gave this place a chance after the bad reviews but dissapointed.

The design of the room is very industrial, the view outside the window is very good, you can help store your luggage, and the breakfast is delicious. Even if the carpet doesn't feel clean, people with rhinitis may feel a little bit. Recommended for use ~

There is only one bed in the room, there is no furniture to move, no table, everything has to be placed on the window table, the bathroom is very large, I guess this room is designed for wheelchair users, normal people should get used to it. Wifi, TV, cleaning service must be charged separately, we also entered the room more than an hour in advance to add 10 pounds, booked with an early room, breakfast is a box for each person, there are cereals, milk ,fruit juice. The TV hangs high and it is more appropriate to lie down or stand up. The location of the hotel is quite good. It is convenient to go anywhere. The train station is just a ten minute walk away. The shopping or supermarket is right next to it. It is because of the good location.

The location of the hotel is pretty good, but on the day we arrived and the next day Liverpool had a big event, we closed the road everywhere, we could n’t get in after a few hours of driving, called the hotel front desk and said it might be withdrawn after 12 o'clock The side police said that it might be closed until 2 o'clock, but when it was 4 o'clock in the afternoon, a policeman said that the road was closed 24 hours two days. It is best to find a nearby parking lot, but the parking lot was full. On the remote road, I broke into the restricted area and only checked in. I was told that the car could not be driven out the next day. Fortunately, we stayed for two nights, otherwise I really do n’t know what to do. The room facilities were pretty good. I ordered a kitchen with simple cooking utensils. It was a happy thing to go out and drink a bowl of hot soup. It is also close to several attractions in the city center. If there is no road closure, it should be a good choice.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Limestation. Centrally located but quiet in the middle of the trouble. The hotel front desk was nice and enthusiastically answered our questions. There is a mini kitchen in the room, but kitchen utensils are everything. Just buy some condiments and cook for yourself. Come to Liverpool again without hesitation and choose here.
