how ignorant can one person be, just checked into this hotel and the person on the front desk was not pleasant at all, they should not be front of house if that's their attitude,they need to leave that at home or the street before they come through the doors, try a smile and hello and thank you,hope the rest of my stay is better

Nice comfortable room. Staff were mostly nice apart from one. I was told to book my evening meal at early as there were expected walk in's. I pay for my room the same as everyone else and would expect to book my evening meal at anytime during service times. As a paying guest I don't expect to work around joe public off the street. Also the Wi-Fi is very slow at 1mb. I asked staff if I upgraded to Premier Inn ultimate if it would be any faster they said no. So don't get ****** into that deal.

Excellent short stay. An easy 10mins walk from Lime Street station and good central location. Good room, comfortable and good size, with excellent WiFi and superb shower. Comfortable beds. Very friendly and efficient check in and check out.

From the moment we arrived, staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and clean, with extra pillows if needed. Beds were very comfy. Shower was very nice too and bathroom was clean. Bar staff were also very friendly. Breakfast could have been better, more choice etc but overall we had a lovely stay.

Very clean, great rooms, food and staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel is within a few minutes walk from the waterfront and also the Cavern Quarter and town. Breakfast is well worth the money as there’s a great range for all.

Rooms were dirty with a damp smell and the staff were very unfriendly to the point they answered most questions at check in whilst looking away from us and with one word. Very rude and unwelcoming. I would never stay here again.
