Best stay ever while visiting San Antonio. The hotel is immaculate, the staff was friendly and accomodatimgnfrom check in to check out. I had all the ammenities I could care to want or need at my disposal. The room was very homey and I rested well each night. The location is close to the airport and is surrounded by plenty of shopping, restautants and activities to satisfy your interests. The breakfast is very good and there is something for all tastes. I will definitely book this location on my next stay.

This is my go to if I ever want to do a staycation or booking hotels for family/friends. Always clean and rooms are beautiful and the shopping area is always a plus.

I loved the location it was perfectly centered between the location we had to go to for the wedding. Staff was very nice and we were able to check in late due to bad weather we didn't make it to town until after midnight and we got the and check in was effortless. Will definitely stay again!

The location was great to access shops and restaurant. The room could have been better. Room 302 ceiling near the window needs repairs of the two cracks that were easy to spot. We asked for our room to be cleaned daily when we registerd. Our names were never placed on the list according to the housekeeping staff we asked in the hallway. She did put our names on the list for housekeeping for the last day of our stay.

Just like any other 3 star hotel. We expected a whole lot more when we saw the 9.2 overall rating and 9.4 cleanliness rating. It’s just a regular hotel, nothing special, rooms are fine, service was fine, it was “clean” until you start to really look. We were planning to go back next week and we decided to o somewhere else.

Quick visit to one of “our favorite” city, since we no longer live in San Antonio TX. The location was perfect for visiting downtown and easy access to JBSA Randolph & JBSA Ft Sam.

My room was not serviced and on the third day I asked two housekeepers on each side of my room please do my room asked in Spanish to speak in an app. Then looked on some list and said no . Downstairs at the front desk I said my concern and she said I will take care of it. Came back 4 hours later a still no service so my 4 night stay so far as services ****** !!! I have stayed at this property many times. Very disappointed
