the worst Premier Inn I have stayed in, and if it wasn't for the polite staff that looked after me, I would have given a lower star rating. Damp & Mould issues in the room by the window due to a non-opening window. Mould issues in the bathroom. Marks on the walls and metal sticking out. Skidmarks on the loo left from the previous occupant (no pic of this). Pictures say a 1000 words.

Stayed here on business the room was spotless the woman on the reception was very welcoming her name was Charlie I ate in the restaurant every morning it was cooked to perfection I think the waitress was the highlight of my stay she was always smiling and couldn’t do enough to help she was called becks keep up the good work can’t wait to come back thanks

The room I stayed in was very clean, the bed was so so comfy. We had the best nights sleep! We had breakfast in the morning, it was cooked beautifully. The lady who served it was hilarious and made us feel very welcome, it was a pleasure to eat there.

The hotel has absolutely no WiFi. Pay for the premium and get 8mbps. Absolutely honkin. However the one saviour to this place is Becks in the morning at breakfast. Can't do enough for you and has a laugh with you too. She is brilliant like. She is the reason why your getting a good score otherwise it would be 1 with your Internet.

A typical Premier Inn so what you see is what you get, however there are changes due so the Liskeard Tavern next door is being closed for the hotel to be extended. Check on the situation before you book The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Staff friendly and helpful, however I don’t get the room I booked and the room was a little tired. Bathroom was untidy, TV speakers vibrating and the curtains didn’t close properly. Didn’t get the rested nights sleep I would normally get from a Premier Inn.

Arrived to a really friendly receptionist that sorted our rooms out efficiently and helped with any queries I had. After getting to my room I accidentally spilt a drink over the bed/floor/wall so went down to fess up🫣🫣. Her name is Katie she was so helpful it was great she cleaned the room with no fuss and a smile… Don’t get that too often!! After spending 14 years in the hospitality industry I really appreciated her going that extra mile to help!! A great asset to The Premier Inn Brand!!!! Thanks Katie

Went for a weekend break with better half . Staff friendly and very helpful. Big changes happening with the hotel so limited menu and staffing levels. The staff did there very best in hard circumstances. Very impressed with them. Not so sure about the changes away from a human interaction and a self check in. But this is to come.
