"I brought my family to Lishui this time and stayed at the Baoting Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. Shirley Lei was professional and enthusiastic during check-in, making a great first impression. She thoughtfully offered slippers and toothbrushes for my child. We were given a room on the 17th floor, centrally located. After checking in, we went out to explore. When we returned in the evening, we found welcome fruits on the table, which was a very nice touch. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning (I had seen some reviews mentioning average soundproofing at Baoting, but my actual experience was excellent!). The courtyard, surrounded by greenery, is beautiful, and there were even live World Cup broadcasts in the evening. Enjoying a cocktail while watching football was incredibly relaxing. I also visited the swimming pool and gym on the fifth floor. I'll definitely consider staying at Baoting again the next time I visit Lishui."

When I tried to contact customer service, the phone was broken, so I had to call the front desk from my own phone. "The room was booked through Ctrip and the experience was extremely poor. Two important points should be mentioned: 1) When I checked in that day, the front desk told me that the business king room I booked was only available on the ground floor. After I checked the room with the cleaning lady, I found that it was not suitable. On the one hand, the restaurant might be close to that room. Probably because of the smell of restaurant food in the corridor, so I communicated with the front desk later to see if I could change to a room upstairs. The front desk said that this was the only room I had booked for the business king bed room. After communicating for about 3 minutes, , the leader probably came over, and after understanding my needs, he told the front desk that I could change to a room on the second floor. After I checked in, I hurried out for dinner. When I came back after 10 o'clock, the more I looked at the room, the more I felt it was a little different. First, it was too small. Second, the layout and furnishings of the room were different from the business king bed I had booked. The rooms were completely different. I later checked on Ctrip and found that they were really different rooms. The hotel gave me a Yaju double bed room, and the room sizes were also very different. Later, I went downstairs to the front desk and asked to change to the business king room I had booked. After a long negotiation, the front desk called her manager, and the hotel manager agreed to refund me the price difference of 80 yuan (in cash). I ordered a business king room. The price per night is 593 yuan. Later, I was asked to cancel the room for the next day on Ctrip (because I booked it for 2 nights), and the front desk helped ** check out. The reason was that I changed my itinerary or something, and it was not the hotel's problem anyway. 2) It was breakfast the next day. I was queuing up in front of the freshly cooked wonton stall. I waited for a long time before it was my turn. There were two of us, so we ordered two portions. I got one first and another one at the table. Cooking, so I was still waiting in front. During this process, a person came next to me. I must know the aunt who cooked the wontons. They were chatting (in Lishui dialect, I couldn’t understand). I thought it was just another tenant. Waiting. When the second bowl was ready, the aunt directly gave it to the person who came from behind. I told him that I was in front of the queue, and the aunt told me that he was in a hurry. I didn’t understand what “urgent” meant. Not everyone queues up to get it. It’s wontons! Later, the man said that his car was parked on the side of the road, and I realized that this man was not a guest of the hotel, but maybe an acquaintance, friend, or even my aunt's family. It was these two things that made my experience very poor. I felt like we were being treated as ***. Although I had booked a business king room, I was given an elegant king room during check-in. If I had not discovered the difference, I would not have been refunded. Gave it to me."
