The apar**ent location is great, and the property is very clean and big. The windows are sound proof and although next to the railway track, you cannot hear it with the windows closed. Its a 10min walk to the train/metro/supermarket and has bus stop right outside the apar**ent, it short a great property in a great location. However, the management part was a dismay to us: 1. Unprofessional Management of reservation. I booked for 3 nights in May, and they (Ana) sent me an email less than 24 hour notice that they cannot fulfill the 3rd night due to maintenance, and offered me to cancel with refund, or move to another property further from where I booked. Maintenance is something planned and one change for a reservation committed, especially so with less than 24 hours while clients are still on the road. The management cannot exonerate its responsibility to meet its reservation commi**ent in this manner, by offering options such as these. 2. The company staffs do not communicate with each other. I was left with no choice but to take the offer to move to another apar**ent. When I arrived Lisbon and contacted the company for meet up, the support person told me there was no problem with the original booking and I should go to the original planned location. Another staff (Victoria) met me to check me in and confirmed that all is good and I do not need to worry about anything, but a few hours later, this staff (Victoria) who checked me in emailed me and said I have to move out. I called again and was then chastised by the first staff (Ana -who wanted to cancel/change my original plan) on why I didn't listen to her but to her colleagues instead. I am puzzled how this company function. 3. Ana eventually "gave in" and told us to remain while she postpone the maintenance. The whole episode is very unpleasant especially for one on holiday. The episode left a bad taste for an otherwise a great experience for this property. So be aware of situations like this when you book your slot, a reservation doesn't mean they will not change/cancel it. For the apt management: You have a great property in a great location, do pay attention to train your staffs in the basics of business ethics, property and client management.
