Hostel 15

I made a mistake and book this place as a hostel, I am not sure may be as a hostel it is good place but there is no private bathroom and the rooms and building are too old. The window can not be fully closed and room is noisy by the street during the night. My stay was mandatory and if you are in a need I think you can think of there.

i don't know where to start for explaining how this whole experience here was amazing, from the beginning till the end. the attention to the client was absolutely on point, everytime the owner was talking to us and advicing us places to visit, and everytime was a pleasure to talk to his kind soul. the cleaning of the bedrooms has left us shocked, the standards are not the one of an hostel but the one of an hotel. for not talking about how he saved our lives saying to us in which terminal to go for the return, if it wasn't for him we would have remained in the wrong terminal waiting for a plane that was never landing. so in the complex, amazing people, amazing bedrooms, and a pleasure to have found these place among others. we will surely turn back ＜3

One of the best hostel experiences I’ve ever had! Everyone from the staff is extremely kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and big. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and clean. The owner was very kind, he drove us to a sight for free, helped us buy public transport tickets and gave us tips and tricks about the sights in the city. Last day we could leave our luggage next to the reception and before we left, we were gifted some adorable souvenirs. The overall experience was 10 stars, unfortunately that’s not an option, hence the 5 stars. If we’ll ever be in Lisbon again this is the place where we will stay, for sure.

Raza who runs the place greeted us and gave us an overview of what to do during our stay. He was friendly and super helpful throughout the whole stay. The bathrooms in the part of the hostel that we stayed in were beautiful and so so clean. We stayed on the second floor, on the left hand corridor. We booked a private double room. It had a mini balcony and overlooked the main road so could be a little noisy at night but it didn't bother us. The air con looked new and worked really well. The windows had wooden shutters which blocked all of the light out so we managed to have some really good lie ins. Our room was tidied and beds made while we were out. There is a mini supermarket, cafe/pastry shop and a few restaurants a few doors down and loads more amenities on the main road that the hostel is on. You can walk about 20mins to some of the squares in Central Lisbon. So it's basically near loads of amenities. There's even a Lidl fairly near by. The metro station is almost next to the hostel, so you can get everywhere really easily. Plus the metro is really cheap. You can get a card at any station that you can top up and then just tap on and tap off wherever you go. Would definitely recommend.

Un sitio excelente en relación calidad precio,las habitaciones,baño y cocina correctos y completos .El dueño del hotel está muy atento de tu estancia dándote información útil sobre los sitios que ibas a visitar en el día,además de aconsejarte donde aparcar y al finalizar nuestra estancia nos obsequio con un pequeño souvenir de la ciudad GRAN SERVICIO.
