Descrição da propriedade

This is the perfect place to stay in Utah county. Besides being brand new, you find yourself in the best of both worlds—just down the street from vineyard and Orem, 4 miles from UVU and 7 miles from BYU. Just 5 miles from Provo canyon and all that Utah's mountains have to offer . On the other side we have the booming area of American Fork and Lehi Traverse Mountain shopping outlets. 2 minutes from freeway, and close to any restaurant and shopping you could ask for! We’re in the ideal location for Utah valley weddings, just a few mins away from sleepy ridge events center, and multiple event centers within 5-10 mins away. Let me know where your event is, and I can let you know how close we are. The large apartment (feels like a full house) has private parking and a private entrance. You’ll have access to a large living room, fullly loaded kitchen, plenty of sleep and play space, tv, fireplace, games and more! We have another property close by if you’re looking to accommodate multiple families, but also stay near each other. This is THE place to stay. It is brand new, built with you in mind. Great stay and the host was communicative prior to check in and also with check out instructions. We all enjoyed our stay. The pac man and pool table were a hit and everyone loved the couch.

Great location. Ideal for families. The only thing is the windows don't have blackout curtains so make sure to bring eye masks if that's a problem for you.

The house was very clean, with well labeled drawers, very comfortable beds and couch. The host was very accommodating and we will most definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Dishwasher didn't work. Overall cleanliness did not meet expectation. Mattresses were less than comfortable. Location was convenient and allowed for travel to various obligations.
