Nice hotel on the main road, but with access to the little village through a second entrance on the rear side of the hotel. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. We had a hard time finding the hotel using Google GPS, so be careful. The hotel has no parking so they recommend a car park that is across the bridge - drop off any luggage first, as it's a bit of a walk. Overall, a nice stay!

We called in advance with questions and they were helpful and prompt with confirming our reservation. Very warm welcome. Family space was clean, bright and so comfy. We paid for breakfast, and there were plenty of options. Great coffee and food.

We stayed here for a week on a Bodenseewoche which gives free access to boats, museums, cable cars, etc. The hotel is conveniently located at the end of the road bridge to the island. Rooms are in two separate buildings joined by a private courtyard. Our room was comfortable with a tiny balcony overlooking the courtyard. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide range of cooked and cold food. Best of all were the staff who were unfailingly friendly and helpful. I would recommend Hotel Brugger without hesitation.

Charming hotel! Extremely friendly staff, clean rooms, towels replaced every day, nice interior, and a great breakfast! What more can you want? Location was on the island on the outskirts, so not in the busy city center. Prices were a bit on the high side, but this, of course, was the high tourist season so can’t really compare to other hotels nearby.

We had a great stay at Hotel Garni Brugger. There is no elevator (lift) in the hotel, but the room was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast offered plenty of options. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely enjoyed my 3-day stay at this lovely place! I found my room and the hotel in general very cozy and clean. The breakfast consisted of a variety of options, for all possible tastes. It was delicious and the a**osphere in the restaurant made me feel at home. The family who run the hotel are truly kind and helpful: they gave me very nice tips. :) And the location is just perfect - on the island, but also close to the mainland. When I go to Lindau again, I will not search for another place: I will directly call at Garni Brugger!

A wonderful place for a weekend away in Lindau. Very friendly and attentive family run business. Great breakfast with many choices. Room with everything we needed, even a bar fridge and small kettle on request. We would definitely return.

Great easy check in, very helpful and friendly staff. Location of hotel near a park and the car bridge to the island so if u are coming with car u dont have drive inside the island. Like the breakfast was delicious. Was in single room but still enough place and comfortable bed.
