We went to 3 room before they had one with TV working, 1 room had phone not working. Then we had to wait for maintenance the didn’t come at all. Waited 25 minuets hadn’t eat, hungry and sweaty and miserable.

The elevator was not working, ice machine on first floor out of order and my AC in my room was not working. The room smelled like cat urine. Not worth $131.00.

Hotel had grocery and other amenities nearby. The decor was fresh and unique. The gal at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful when we needed maintenance she was on it!! I found the beds incredibly comfortable. Very impressed for what I spent on the stay!! Thank you!!

Unless you absolutely have to stay there, don’t. The pool not working was first red flag, followed by rude customer service at check-in, closing with no working elevator in the facility. I was on the third floor and I have a non-visible disability. It was Memorial Day weekend, I was traveling with a child and support animal, my options were limited. Keep scrolling for a better place if you can.

There were multiple issues with our stay. First we got there late, and went to dinner which there is nothing that is decent in the area to eat, but when we got back tried to watch TV and it wouldn't get any channels. Tried to call the front desk on their phone, that didn't work. So basically just went to bed. Beds are hard as a rock. Turned the air down to 62 in the room. It might have turned on once an hour and if lucky was 75 in the room. Then the second night we stayed there lets just say from 330am-5am there was a party outside our door, and we could hear every word. Very thin walls. The people that were partying were kicked out which might have been the wrong time at 5am because they were starting to be quiet and then it all started back up. Also, the looks of the property in the picture are nice, but it is more like lipstick on a pig.

The Leo was a great stay but overall an average hotel. Yes, the jacuzzi tubs are a plus but my 4 star ratings come from the sheets being stained on arrival. When I asked for a new set of sheets, we ended up getting more stained sheets. The shower hose was also loose, which my boyfriend ended up fixing on his own. I also was surprised their pool was under construction but it was not said online. The wifi did not work for us unfortunately & the hotel breakfast was mediocre, no breakfast meet or eggs.
Besides these minor things, I would come back to the Leo as it was a convenient place to stay with the highway being super close. I also enjoyed how spacious the hotel room was. The staff greeted us every time we walked by the front desk which was nice.
