This is the second time we've stayed here on our drive across the country. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming! The rooms are clean, modern, well-appointed. The heated bathroom floors are to die for. Love this hotel, highly recommend!!

I know this hotel is relatively new. It has a classy reputation from what I could tell. So I decided to stay a night. And I used to live downtown. It reminds me of student apar**ents that one could get in the area. For the price, I would not go again. And would consider something with a more charming allure and experience.

Overall, the hotel and stay was good. However, there are a couple of issues we had during our stay. First, we were not informed until check in that the self parking option is not available on game days so we would either have to move our vehicle by 7am or pay $50/day to valet our car. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know in advance. This led to the second issue. After driving home yesterday, I noticed that there was a new scratch on my front bumper. Now I am not one to point the finger but I do keep my vehicle in impeccable shape and since I am the only driver, I would have known if I hit something. I understand that people make mistakes and at the end of the day it’s not a big issue but a little transparency and honesty would have gone a long way. I am disappointed that no one let me know about this issue and would have liked an apology. I have stayed at this hotel many times and this issue will give me pause in the future.
