We got there and the staff put us in a smaller room and told us that we needed to contact ******* cause they didn’t have anything else available, the sheets and pillow cases were dirty. We got put on a ground level room and the windows didn’t lock.

Great place, super comfy beds. Only complaint is the comp shampoo and conditioner bottles impossible to use, hard plastic, couldn't get any product out.

We really enjoyed our view of the ocean. Our fireplace kept going out. The bed was extremely hard and the hand soap smelled like mold. Otherwise it was great!

Since the light fixture attached to head board would turn to sleep. Also the key was hard to open the door. Overall everything was great.

Although the room was very small, it was fine for an overnight stay. It was very stuffy - no AC but a fan was provided.

We had a 6 person room and one was a hide a bed, springs were sticking out. We asked for a different mattress and did not get one. The next day asked again and they brought us a roll away bed that was a twin and we had no room for it. We never did get a proper mattress. Asked for towels and toilet paper for 2 days and finally got some. The staff did nothing to help us but make promises they never kept! Horrible service!!
