Jackson was super amazing, he told is that he didn’t have a first floor room available but only on the 2n floor. Then he told me that
The elevator was out due to the cold freeze we had recently, it was out of order. Because he was so informed about it .we stayed anyway. The only issue i had was the bath tub Drained very slowly.

It is easy to find off the freeway. YOU could see everything around the property as you approached it. There were not people milling around. The tv had a nice selection of stations to pick from and a convenient card to instantly kno the choices. Food choices for breakfas where ckean and good.
It was what I needed.

My husband and I stayed in room 125, and it had a HORRIBLE odor like cigars and musty. :( my eyes were even red.

The Hotel can need an upgrade, and the sink outside the bathroom was a little bit weird. That a side, the rooms and bathroom was clean and the staff was super friendly so all in all a pleasant stay :)

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Room was not nice at all. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower was gross!! It was an accessible shower the surround was coming off the walls and there was black crap- mold or something all around the base. I switched hotels after that night. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in the switch. Also this Hotel comes up as close to the Abe Lincoln Museum, its 39 miles away.

The desk staff were great. However, make sure you bring a sound machine if you stay here. You can hear someone chewing down the hall. Made it really hard to sleep for an early 13hr shift at the hospital.

We stayed for two nights. Rooms were not cleaned or fresh towels were not put out. Door did not lock until you pushed and pulled on it a few times. Sunday morning we woke up and my roommate had a rain poncho laying out on the desk because it was going to rain. There were teeth marks and a hole in it. We showed it to the front desk. She said it was too early in the year for mice and it was probably a moth. She said she couldn't even give us 10 dollars for a new ponch because we booked through you. I would not stay here again. Do not stay here.

Room not ready took gave them an hr. Room was ready couldn't find elevator not marked very well. Pool area has sign says shower before you swim. Knob on shower in corner missing. walking down the hallway ceiling tiles broken and missing. Entering the room the corner of the wall was buckling in. Room however appeared to be clean. Bathroom wasn't perfectly clean but was decent.
