We stayed here for 10 nights. We had really good time.Locatian here it's just amazing ,views from our room , pool area and restaurant are just breathtaking. Staff is very friendly , restaurant staff were polite and helpful, They always make sure we have nice and clean table and looked well after us Food was good , a lots of choices of salads , desserts and fruits .Plenty choices for breakfast from scrambled eggs, beacon, sausages to cereals, croissants salami and cheese. Only one downside - in 10 days there was no once pizza for a dinner .You would expect that in Italy but no they do not serve it here at all.My son was a bit disappointed. There are good facilities indoor pool, sauna and gym which we used frequently. Outside area is very clean. Pool is clean every day plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas .Love self service bar , you just go and get want you want .Always good choice of drinks and snacks. Rooms are clean although they are very dated.Beds definitely seen better days, but apart from that all good. We had a brilliant time here , and I would definitely recommend.

I had to write this review based on some of the awful reviews on here. This hotel is wonderful, it's run really well, it's spotless, the food is amazing and the location is stunning. You have to be really spoilt if you are complaining about the hotel rooms (which are kept spotless by the cleaners) when you have so much more to appreciate such as the views and the wonderful days out. We went to Limone, Malcesine and Riva. Getting a ferry is really easy from Limone. We are a family aged 8 - 70 and had an amazing time, highly recommend.

Worst hotel we've ever visited. Do not go to this hotel !!! We booked the best family room and got a horrible old uncomfortable room . It's a scam , we complained everything but unsuccessfully and the hotel did not give us any money back and no compensation . We will never go to this hotel chain again !!!

Great location and helpful staff. The location was fantastic in Lemone with frequent bus service into the centre. Lower hotel has a beach onto lake garda allowing swimming and bar facilities. Catering was good and had a wide range of food and drink for all.

When we arrived at the campsite we couldn’t believe how lucky we were and it just got better and better. On the lake location, spotless campsite, friendly welcome, excellent hot showers and cleaning facilities, free use of camp facilities like hoover for the car and swimming mask to view the fish in the beautiful clear lake. Thank you Camping Nanzel for an amazing introduction to Lake Garda

Definitely not 4 star, outdated rooms , uncomfortable beds, clean and tidy, because of the good cleaning staff. loads and loads of steps, to pools, beach, rooms and restaurant , no pictures show of all the steps and hills . food only fair, nothing exciting, reception staff nice, over 100 steps to beach area, no bar service off peak!!!

Really lovely family holiday, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, although one or two female receptionists could be a bit more pleasant, found them to be quite abrupt at times. Food is good, something for everyone, breakfast was the same every day, bacon, delicious scrambled eggs, tomatoes, selection of fruits and breads. We weren't there for lunches but dinners were good, a nice variety of dishes. Drinks and snacks available all day, on a self service station.
Rooms are all uphill but there are lifts everywhere. The rooms are basic, but clean. we didn't have a hair dryer supplied, the bathroom had 2 small shower gels on the first day, they weren't replenished after that. No shampoo/conditioner, no bathrobes supplied either so the room description is slightly incorrect on the superior rooms.
There is an outdoor and indoor pool both of which are cold.
Overall we had a lovely time, the views and walks to the lake are beautiful.
For what we paid we felt it was very good value for money.
