Great place to stay, staff very friendly, close to shops, beach’s, restaurants and bars! Rooms are spacious and very clean, nice balcony! Really enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend. Very easy to find!

This hotel got everything you want. Friendly staff, nice rooms, great pool area and good breakfast. It's close to restaurants and shops but still in a quiet part of Hersonissos. Would definitely come back in the future. Be sure to stop by the bar for a refreshing drink and chat with the staff!

All staff so welcoming & nothing too much trouble. Especially Manos on reception. Happily sorted out extra blankets a little fault in room & possible room change. Rooms spacious & clean. All areas well maintained. So close to beach. love it. & great choice of bars on beach area or on main road. 5 min walk to hersonissis harbour. Great spot, great hotel.

We spent 10 nights here at the beginning of October and had a very enjoyable stay. We loved: 1. the location. 2: that the rooms we had were clean, the housekeeping was good, the beds were comfortable, the facilities were in good condition and the aircon was efficient. 3. the food was plentiful and tasty 4. most of the staff were friendly (the barman was the exception and as a result we went elsewhere for a drink) and 5. we thought it was good value for money. The only things we could have done with is a few more drawers to store things and perhaps hand rails on the stairs (for us older customers!). Overall, would love to stay again.

Harma was almost perfect. Keeping prices in mind, the hotel does a good job. Our room felt almost brand new and the interior was eye-pleasing. Staff was welcoming and ready to help upon request. Room service was also up to standards. The Wi-Fi of the hotel was amazing, I managed to watch live broadcasts without any issues which is quite remarkable regarding hotel internet connections I’ve witnessed previously. Only downside was the breakfast which we decided to have once, especially the quality of coffee. Other than that we enjoyed our time at Harma.

I came with my girlfriend on vacation, we got a room with two single beds instead of one double bed, there is a lot of dust under the bed and cupboards, there is no shower door, the furniture is broken, construction work is going on in the yard since early morning, when we asked to change the room to a room with a double bed, they said that they don't have any at the moment other available rooms. The room we received was not at all similar to the ones presented in the photos when we were choosing the hotel, about 20 years ago. After cleaning the room, the maids left the balcony open, although the balcony is shared across the entire floor. I don't recommend such a hotel that presents everything in the same way, and you get something completely different from about 20 years ago (I'm talking about the rooms) RATE 1

Stayed several times at Harma and always found the service second to none. Wonderful comfortable beds, high standard of cleanliness and modern design. The staff go above and beyond to fulfil your needs. Close to the sea and town centre , so perfectly placed for an excellent holiday.

Stayed in the hotel for a whole week. Arrived very late due to the flight being delayed. At reception we were checking in and also despite being almost midnight everything has been explained, breakfast, dinner times, pool, the whole lot! I’m really sorry for forgetting your name , I believe she’s Christina, really friendly, yet professional; after we went up to our room, she called and said we’ve missed dinner but they have saved 2 plates for us! The hotel in general is very clean and I believe it’s in a great location. Breakfast and dinner is buffet style and the quality of the food is really good. Their pool is really clean and there are ample amounts of space to sunbathe! Every staff member we’ve met are really nice and friendly! Would book it again, 100%!

Bad experience and we will never return to this hotel!avoid this hotel if you want to have a successful vacation! Dirty rooms, unpleasant staff, cockroaches in the rooms, bad food!Unpleasant communication and does not solve the problems! we do not recommend anyone to visit this hotel!
