Hotel El Plaza Centro de Lima

Hello friends, Im just dropping by to give you my opinion about this great hotel. Adriano, Danna and Julinho were always willing to help us during our stay. Wifi was 10 out of 10 Cx service 10 out of 10 Hope you can stay here at any time and be part of this stunning family. Regards!!! :)

We stayed at hotel El Plaza for a week during the first week of May 2023. The hotel itself is step away from Plaza San Martin, across the street of Bolivar Hotel. The hotel was very ,clean the bed were comfy and the staff are very friendly, very helpful and very kind. All the historic sites are within walking distances. Restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarket etc... It is indeed a very noisy place but this is Lima and that's the way it is. You would hear the same noise at Bolivar Hotel and other hotels in the historic center. I would suggest that you bring ear plugs, like I always do. It is not a luxury hotel but good enough to spend the week and value for what you pay. Beside we spend the days outside, combing back to drop our shopping bags and out we went again. There is a piano bar/restaurant at the hotel where you can grab a bite and have a nice glass of Pisco Sour while listening to nice music. The staffs are the best. Always smiling and always very helpful. Basically they are the one who runs the hotel , without them the hotel won't be the same. I would like to thank Dana, Adrian, Humberto, Nati, Estafani for their kindness, they are the BEST. I would recommend this hotel while in the historical center of Lima and I would stay there again without hesitation as long as they keep up the good work :)

Un hotel muy centrico, me gusto porque pudimos hacer todo los tramites en el Congreso. Esta muy comodo, tambien economico y muy buen servicio de todo el personal. Les recomiendo, tambien esta cerca de los museos, esta en pleno Centro Historico de LIma

Me hospede en el lugar con mi grupo de 18 pasajeros el día de ayer, el lugar es cómodo y presta múltiples servicios, sin embargo de lejos, lo que pudimos resaltar es la atención brindada por sus recepcionistas, la señorita Dana Pozo y el joven del turno noche a quien no pude preguntarle su nombre, ambos fueron muy atentos con nuestras necesidades particulares como grupo y absolvieron todas nuestras dudas con mucha paciencia y eficacia, les agradezco bastante su atención de parte de la comunidad de Raqchi y el distrito de San Pedro en Cusco.

Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación en pleno centro histórico de Lima. El edificio bastante antiguo no tiene mantenimiento, las habitaciones tienen humedad en el techo, sería mejor que no tenga televisión ya que no se puede ver nada solo televisión nacional y mala señal,no tiene servicio de cable, Netflix,etc. El papel higiénico da chiste la peor calidad y un rollo que se acaba rápido porque parece que le rellenaron al rollo, dan una toalla y fuimos pareja. El teléfono para recepción no tiene información como contactarse. Los cajones de los veladores remordidos. Porfavor hagan mantenimiento al hotel se cae a pedazos y por ende el precio es excesivo

Esta en un lugar estratégico en el centro de Lima. Desde que llegamos todo fue muy agradable, en recepción Dana Pozo te atiende y es una persona que te puede orientar, sobre lugares y consejos a tener en cuenta en Lima. Gran experiencia.
