Esta é a minha primeira estadia neste hotel. Achei confortável e para o leste entrar e sair da interestadual. O café da manhã era bom e quente com uma variedade de pratos quentes. A equipe foi simpática e amigável. Eu recomendo este hotel para quem viaja e precisa de uma parada !!

Our stay at the Country inn & suites went good over all the best thing was how comfortable the bed was but everything was abnormally dirty from the carpet to the jetted tub hair and dirt in the tub as well as dead bugs all over the ground wish I did take pictures.

The stairwells were dirty. There was a large stain on the carpet in our room. No hot water in the shower. The hot water in the breakfast room wasn’t hot enough to make a cup of tea.

The stay was ok I had 2 problems on my stay...first someone tried to enter my room around 11pm the safety latch prevented it I don't know who it was by the time I got up to check there was no one there. Second I got up around 830am and went to get a shower and there was no hot water. I complained when I checked out around 9 to which I received the generic "I'll inform the manager" blow off response. Not the best stay for my second time staying at this location. I know there won't be a third.

The cleaning service never came to my room in the three days i was there. I was never able to take a HOT shower, water was just barely warm. The Breakfast was terrible. The rooms and facilities could use some work, but were ok. For the price i paid, i felt it was a waste of money.
