Trata-se do melhor hotel em Lilongue, sem sombra de dúvidas. Quartos espaçosos e confortáveis. Café da manhã delicioso e muito diverso. Atendimento solícito e prestativo. Localizado em excelente área.

Enjoyed my 1st stay at the President Hotel. Adequate and good parking place, The porter and reception experience was friendly with both the arrival and departure process a breeze. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with working amenities. The food was adequate and delicious. The bar service on the 2nd floor was very good. Room service was slow. The staff was courteous and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.

The rooms are way over priced. I paid $400 a night for a terrible room. Missing coffee maker and other amenities, in poor condition. Staff member just let herself into my room as I was getting ready for bed and started asking me what I thought to the hotel! Avoid this place.

Classic new facility in Malawi everyone would want to be at. i recommend to all my family and friends. beautiful views of the city centre trees and my room was spacious, big bed lovely people beautiful reception concierge, running track i will come back

Centrally located, excellent meals, wonderful employees. Enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone travelling to Malawi and Lilongwe in particular. I will definitely come again. Thank you all, it was enjoyable

Provision of excellent customer service through interaction with customers must never be seen to be exaggerated. A general review of the rooms to test if all equipment are working properly must always be done before quests enter. I feel that this is lacking. There was a time I entered into one of the rooms only to find out that the connections to the TV were loose and I had to call reception to bring in a technician.
