The room is clean and hot water is convenient! The courtyard environment is beautiful, beyond the film! ! The location is in Shuhe Ancient Town, where you can pick up your luggage. The luggage was taken away before you got off the car 😂 The boss is very enthusiastic and casual. The recommended places are very exciting, the food is also very good, and any needs of the room are also solved in time! Beautiful Jiang trip because this place is beautiful~

That was a great experience. It was hard to choose between Intercontinental and Indigo. I personally prefer Indigo because of our experience in Japan and of the attention to detail. The prices were the same at both hotels and you can use the amenities of both, which is great. The breakfast at Intercontinental is better, the bacon in Indigo is Chinese style and it’s not a buffet breakfast. Need to order from the menu. I liked the unique story of Indigo about the Tea horse road. Intercontinental has a larger area, but both hotels are beautiful. The staff at Intercontinental speaks better English. The staff at both hotels were helpful and attentive. We got an upgrade in Indigo to a Mountain View room but only because first we got a wall view and I asked for an upgrade. Indigo is quiet and peaceful, but very close to Intercontinental. The rooms are huge and amazing. In the end, choose the hotel based on the room style you prefer. All the other stuff can be shared. Thank you for a nice stay in Lijiang. The location is convenient and quiet. We went to Hyatt and Pullman for dinner, but they were far from the Lijiang old town and it was difficult to find transportation, it took us 50 minutes to get didi, the hotels are just okay compare to Intercontinental and Indigo. I recommend staying at Intercontinental or Indigo for a satisfying experience. 👍

I stayed at Lijang YueJiaren•White Horse Luxury Homestay for two nights. Pre request for the best view of the lijang and yulong snow mountain. Upon arrival, there is a bit difficult for communication because I don't have a China mobile phone. We couldn't find the hotel, we asked for help from one of the hotel, and they came to pick us up and carried our luggage for us. After we arrived, we got the best view of lijang and yulong snow mountain, we have been served with tea; additional arranged dai Shan as our tour guide. He showed us the ancient city, helping us for photography and planning our trip. The other staff also helped my friend with her luggage arrangement for the return flight. They are serving us nicely. I would definitely recommend it to anyone if you ever go to Lijang. P.S. The rooftop is one of the best spots for photoshoot.

The hotel is a bit old but that’s ok. The facilities are quite lacking. Lots of services are independent supplier like the hot water ( we had to wait 60 minutes after first shower) the spa is also independent. Not necessarily bad but not used to it.

I enjoyed the hotel stay a lot. Beautiful architecture, large breakfast selection, and you just can’t go wrong with a large hotel. My tip to other Travellers who are looking for a luxury experience, please don’t go for the up and coming avant garde room designs that seem to be popular in Lijiang. Pros: 1. Economies of scale, rooms are of a high standard. Heating, air-conditioning all work fine. You’ll realize it’s a problem with the boutique hotels who are at the same price point 2. Breakfast begins at 6:30am - great for when you want to start your day early. 3. They had beautiful black swans and offer free activities like kayaking alongside them. Cons: 1. The boutique hotels has personalized services compared to large hotels. However, it’s not important for me.

The hotel is really nice👍I was a little worried about the remote location, but the hotel is in the Dongba Valley Scenic Area, right in the middle of Shuhe Ancient Town and Yulong Snow Mountain, and only takes 20 minutes to drive to either side. Although the surrounding area is not prosperous, there are many experiential activities in the hotel, and there is no time to be bored. Families with children can especially consider staying in this hotel. The children experienced tie-dyeing, learned Dongba characters, and took some photos in ethnic minority costumes. The most impressive thing was that we gathered together around the stove at night to roast dried food and drink some beer. The warm feeling was very comfortable. The room is also neat and clean, and the facilities are relatively new. The hotel waiters are very warm and kind, thank you🙏

The resort is nicely built and designed. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. The breakfast was great wide range of foods, Chinese and western. Fruits were aplenty, complimentary bottled waters are replenished daily. Beds were comfortable but pillows were too soft to my liking. The room itself is a bit dated, front door is not properly aligned and closing it need to push harder. The cleaning person were not thorough enough, while the black marbled floor is clean, the carpet could not be said so as there were stains and foods stuff sticking to the carpet from previous customers.

I came here for the view, and the hotel pictures are not deceiving. From the moment I made my reservation, I received meticulous service. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was fully equipped, and even had a portable oxygen tank. Thank you to the front desk guys and girls, the cleaning lady, the massage technicians, the travel photography lady, and everyone in the cafe for their care. I will recommend this place to all my friends and will come again next time I have the chance.

Excellent hotel, great views of the snow mountain and super friendly staff! 10/10 would recommend. The balcony has great views and the hotel decoration is very appealing! Will definitely come back again just for the location and views. They also have very healthy breakfast options that is great for digestion. We had an excellent stay at Jinmao Pureal Mountain Lijiang, with no complaints about the staff, food, or rooms. This 5-star hotel truly delivers 5-star service. The sunrise view from our room was breathtaking, adding a magical start to each day. Even when we requested buggy services to transport us between the main lobby and our block, the wait time was minimal, ensuring convenience throughout our stay. The high tea and breakfast provided were exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. As we stayed during Christmas, we were delighted to receive complimentary ham to accompany our dinner, which added a festive touch to our experience.
