The hotel is in a great location, in the middle of ancient city. However in my room i found some small animal, maybe because the room have lots of wood in it. Overall it is good, the hotel owner will help to booked for tour in lijiang, it is indeed helpful for tourist who don’t understand to booked stuff in china, but if understand how to use meituan or any chinese app, i suggest you to booked by yourself using as it is way more cheaper.

This hotel was the best I could have has asked for, for my first trip without a guide in China and not being able to speak the language. Everything was spot on in terms of the hotel itself and the beautiful rooms and surrounding environment they offer. But what’s most impressive is the service of the staff/owner (not sure), they had helped me since before I arrived in Lijiang, offering car arrangements, room upgrades, and also finding a private tour for me and my friend group. When we arrived, he offered us snacks and also walked us to a local restaurant he recommended. Thank you!

I absolutely loved the hotel! It's incredibly beautiful and commuting was a breeze. We booked a day trip tour with a local agent, and it was so convenient for them to pick us up. Plus, booking a didi was easy since the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the North Gate. Since we stayed for three days, they kindly offered pick-up or drop-off services. The staff were fantastic, so welcoming and attentive. They regularly checked in via wechat to make sure I was okay or if I needed anything. I really appreciated their excellent service! The only minor flaw was the toilet. I had hoped for a fully enclosed door. However, everything else was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel to others! I don’t have many photos because I was busy taking videos, but trust me, the hotel is stunning, and the garden is absolutely breathtaking. Lastly, thank you for the warm hospitality. I felt so welcomed, and if I visit again, I will definitely choose this hotel every time!
