10/10 Service – Highly Recommend! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The service here was absolutely top-notch. Feifei went above and beyond to make our stay and day tour incredible. At my request, she personally helped arrange the day tour for us, handling all the details seamlessly. When I had trouble understanding the meetup location, she didn’t just explain – she actually walked me there, even though it was drizzling outside! On our last day, she even arranged for someone to assist with our luggage. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

We all had a great experience even just for 1 night. The staffs are very welcoming and gives us the best hospitality. They’re willing to help us carry the luggage to the main street. We wish to come here back in the future🥹

Absolutely lovely place, a beautiful courtyard and two balconies to sit on. It was winter when I was here, so too cold to sit out at night, but it was nice in the afternoon and would be amazing on a nice summer evening. The room was nice, clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Always keen to chat, even in English, and very helpfully took my luggage up to the north gate on a trolley for when I was leaving to save carrying it over the cobbles. Nice breakfast from 7:30-9:30 - mixian (rice noodles in soup) and youtiao with hot douzhi (soy bean juice). Amazing location, about a minute from the north gate and a couple of minutes from the square with the big waterwheel. The bus from the airport terminates at the north gate, so very convenient, and there's a bus to the train station (104) from there too, although it only comes once an hour.

Comfortable stay in Lijiang ancient town, within short walking distance to the Water Wheel and Shifangjie. Accomodation owner Mr Lee, frontdesk staff Feifei and Xiaokong were hospitable and helpful.

Hotel ni senang akses ke kedai dan perkhidmatan penting di Ancient City. Cuma nak datang ke hotel ni banyak tangga dan kurang sesuai untuk yang kurang upaya.

民宿很不錯，酒店小姐姐非常熱情從我們剛訂酒店就開始聯繫我們問我們幾點到到時候來接我們，後面我們到了來接我們直接很熱情的幫我們搬行李，小姐姐看起來很瘦小！我的行李我自己都提着費力！還有民宿在古城裡麪去哪裡都很方便，民宿還有兩個觀景點 一個還能看到雪山很出片！真的真的很不錯有電熱毯也很暖和！
