Clean and very staff friendly hotel, the only thing is the downstairs heater in my room wasn’t working.🥶 The rest was great.

Rena Gao the host receptionist is wonderful and friendly as well as staff. The hotel and environment is wonderful. Highly recommended for family and couples. The garden courtyard is also wonderful. Will return again

The staff were very friendly and their services were superb.
We misplaced a painting bought during our trip. The duty manager and staff patiently looked through the tapes to help us to find it. We are immensely grateful for their help and patience.

When I chech in, hotel staff welcomed my family and provided afternoon tea in restaurants. We enjoyed restaurant at dinner and the surroundings are good. The hotel is also clean and we have good memory.

一家可以隨處都是景的酒店，非常不錯👍酒店管家小高也非常的熱情，基本有求必應，離店那天恰逢大寶生日，大堂經理還給我們安排免費送機🫶🏻特別要表揚一下送機師傅小王（王祖榮）熱情周到，一路還給我們介紹了很多麗江文化和特色，那一刻都不想離開了👍謝謝小王師傅

酒店很棒，大多是獨門獨户的多層小別墅，環境一級棒，免費給我們升級了大嘴猴別墅，服務非常到位，每晚都有甜品。還能編納西族的頭繩、換民族服裝。晚餐等待時間有點長，但非常好吃，推薦臘排骨火鍋套餐！ 進出不用擺渡車，停車很方便，去束河古鎮、玉龍雪山那邊方便。 綜合體驗不錯，以後有機會還來。

酒店的環境非常不錯，在體育中心旁邊，平時沒什麼人，很安靜，整個酒店的庭院打理得很用心，有很多好看的樹和花，像個公園似的，就算不去景點在園子裏溜達溜達也是不錯的
房間裏設施也挺完善的，床睡着很舒服，2樓有個陽台，3樓有個飄窗，天氣好的時候躺在飄窗上看看雲彩也很愜意
早餐種類還可以，我喜歡吃的基本都有，餐廳平時也可以點餐吃，價格不貴，味道也挺好的
酒店的服務也很好，我們的管家周雲對我們提供了無微不至的照顧，尤其是在我生病期間不僅主動送來水果和甜品，還在我們吃飯時讓廚房給我單獨做了粥，實在是非常感謝
