Clean and very staff friendly hotel, the only thing is the downstairs heater in my room wasn’t working.🥶 The rest was great.

Rena Gao the host receptionist is wonderful and friendly as well as staff. The hotel and environment is wonderful. Highly recommended for family and couples. The garden courtyard is also wonderful. Will return again

The staff were very friendly and their services were superb.
We misplaced a painting bought during our trip. The duty manager and staff patiently looked through the tapes to help us to find it. We are immensely grateful for their help and patience.

When I chech in, hotel staff welcomed my family and provided afternoon tea in restaurants. We enjoyed restaurant at dinner and the surroundings are good. The hotel is also clean and we have good memory.

來麗江多次，選擇這家酒店主要看中度假休閑的屬性。離市區稍遠適合自駕或者不趕行程的，喜歡安靜睡眠環境的。酒店環境很好，中軸景觀有小橋流水、楊柳低垂，多數房型是別墅上下兩層的那種。適合過來度假髮發呆 看看風景 第一天入住遇到的保安大叔人很好，忘記問叫什麼名字了。非常熱情的為我們介紹酒店各項服務，幫我們拿行李到房間。管家高凡也很好貼心送了披肩，剛好帶的衣服不多就披上了。

沒想到五一還用上了不加價的券，感謝趙洪餘白族姐姐的熱情服務，從版納過來温度一下子下降20度，第一時間準備好了披肩和薑茶，屋裡太冷送來了取暖器，幫忙編了漂亮的小辮子，還推薦了束河古鎮好吃的雜鍋菜，瞭解到了很多民族風俗，天氣好出門就能看到雪山，下次來麗江還住在這裏！不好的是燈光有點暗，化粧有點看不清，浴缸不太能用，而且沒有穿衣鏡。

房間特別好，是個單獨的小院子，房間很大，很雅緻，很乾凈，服務很貼心，我們到了酒店之後，前台工作人員很熱情，趙洪餘經理對我們的照顧無微不至，送了我們小朋友禮物，還給我們講解怎麼遊玩麗江，真的是好貼心，非常非常好，下次再來麗江還會選擇住在這裏，也會推薦給身邊來麗江的朋友，酒店院子很漂亮，我們一家都特別喜歡，非常感謝經理對我們的照顧！
