Very big and clean room. Staff is very friendly and can speak English. Location is right in the middle of Old Town which is a plus.

The room was cozy and cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable. We couldn't have a rest at all, no soundproofing! You can hear people on the street, it was noisy all day, and loud music until midnight. For families with kids, I will never recommend this place. The breakfast wasn't tasty, so they prepared some fruit for us. The location is the best for exploring, in the middle of Lijiang Old Town.

I loved this hotel. It was clean, has great breakfast, and a great location. It is inside of the old city but not in the part where there are too many people. The street is quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful to me when I needed to go different places. They helped me figure out how to arrive when I checked in, and they even arranged a free car to the airport on my last day. They also delivered fresh fruit every day, which was very nice! I extended my reservation 2 more nights, and I would stay here again.

The location isn’t far from an entrance and it’s right in the middle of the ancient town. Service was really nice at Wait Land. There was hot, fresh tea in the lobby and the staff made sure we were comfortable in our room. The room was a little cold however, as the heater didn’t seem to want to go higher, but it wasn’t unpleasant to stay there.

The hotel is very good located and we liked it very much. The environment is very calm and staff very helpful in arranging the tour booking to snow mountain even we don’t speak Chinese. Would definitely recommend and go back.
